About this space
This bright ranch-style Florida home is off Del Prado Boulevard; the perfect place for your friends and family gatherings in Southwest Florida.

This cozy home offers a large patio, screened-in refreshing pool (will be heated in the winter months); a modern kitchen fully equipped; a smart TV in each room and a laundry room.

Casa Del Prado is minutes to the beach, Sanibel and Captiva islands, shops, restaurants, Fort Myers Airport and more for your relaxing break or an action-packed adventure.
The space
Casa Del Pardo is a freshly renovated ranch- style home and it offers an open floor plan that makes entertaining family and friends enjoyable and easy.

Each of its four rooms is equipped with a smart TV, and wireless phone charging night lights. These rooms are spacious with enough closet space and drawers to grant you extra space, but also ensures that everything stays well organized and easy to find. There are blackout window treatments and also a fan in each room.

The retractable ceiling fan in the living room has Bluetooth capabilities ( Speaker Light L2) and dimmable features. The remote is on the right on the wall next to the light switch as you come in the front door.

There is a laundry room you can access from the master’s suite. There you’ll find a regular size washer and dryer, iron and a board and cleaning tools. Some of the pool cleaning tools are also stored in this room. There’s a door that leads to the yard from the laundry room. Please, keep it closed at all times.

The pool is screened-in. However, it has no gates or temporary fence around it. Please, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Thera are two doors from the pool area to the yard. Please, keep them closed at all times in order to keep the pool area clean and enjoyable.

Cape Coral Vacation

House was clean and well supplied. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean, could have been heated. Very relaxing. We were able to travel to Sanabel Island, and Captiva Island. Beach was great. House is in a good location, most things to see in the area is approximately 1/2 hour to an hour away. Had a great vacation.

It’s a roof and a bed

Place is clean. So clean you could smell the bleach. No door on master shower, no towels in master bath, no ice, coffee maker had old coffee ground in it. Beds are not comfy. The pool was dirty and not heate.

Hi Todd, We love to get feedback from our guests. However, your review is sadly inaccurate. The house is very well cleaned right after each checkout. Mrs. Meyer’s is the brand of our cleaning products and these don’t contain any bleach. The pool is professionally cleaned after every checkout and the chemicals weekly checked and adjusted. Our guests have nothing but absolutely positive comments about the our pool that is pristine clean. The pool heater is set at 82 F which is the recommended temperature for an outdoor pool. A heated pool would never become a jacuzzi or hot tub. It is important for guest to understand this. You said there were no towels in the master bath. However, there is a closet full of towels of different sizes; including beach towels. And your party used them. The master bath has one sided shower door; but you said there was no door. That is not accurate. You also mentioned there was no ice. Still, we have an ice maker machine on the kitchen counter. You also said the coffee maker had coffee grounds. The coffee pods are always removed and new ones added to the tray prior to the new guests. All 7 beds have semi-firm mattresses. We have had a great number of guests and no one has ever complained about the beds. Sadly, you never brought any of these concerns to our attention during your stay. We would’ve come over to give you a tour of the home and personally show you where things were and how they function. We sent you a few text messages, as we usually do, to make sure our guests are comfortable and to assist with any questions or issues as these could arise. You did not respond. Your review is just not accurate. Although, we appreciate you choosing our home; we are highly disappointed at the fact that you did not reach out to us during your stay to discuss your concerns. We take this opportunity to invite our future guests to communicate with us before and during you stay. After this review, we went and rechecked every item mentioned before sending this reply. Florida family vacation

This is a very beautiful home. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The only problem is the home lacked supplies that we normally see in other VRBO. Not enough toilet paper. No pods for the dishwasher. Not enough paper towels. Listed as having shampoo. There was none which that was fine as we all brought our own. Could use more kitchen supplies. No garbage bags. We made SEVERAL purchases for our stay of basic essentials. No pot holders. No dish towels. This was a beautiful and clean home. You just need to put some of the basic supplies in it. This could be a wonderful VRBO!
