Furnished with comfort in mind.The kitchen is well equipped for your entertaining needs. The open concept floor plan, with glass views the entire backside of the lakehouse, assures sweet views of the lake from inside. Large and greatly loved gameroom with large television. TV & nice speakers on upper deck! Boat slips & jet ski lifts are ready for you to bring your toys! 2 paddle boards and lily pad are provided. You can bring your own toys or call a rental, and have them delivered to you! Within a couple of miles to a grocery store,restaurants,golf courses,rental facilities gas station, and much, much more!!Lake LBJ is on one side and a fishing cove is on the other! Bring your poles and tackle box and enjoy hours of fishing. Sleeps 18 with ample floor area

This property is fantastic. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and it is in a perfect location.

Perfect getaway!

The best weekend away, even with the cooler weather. Plenty of space for 3 families with a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook all our meals at the house. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and making s’mores at the outdoor fire pit.

Great getaway weekend at Lake LBJ!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Conveniently located in the middle of Kingsland, the property was only a short drive (or boat ride) away from various restaurants, grocery stores, and golf courses. The house is extremely spacious and is great for hosting large groups. We will definitely be back!

Senior trip!

This place is awesome! Perfect location on LBJ with open water and easy access to both the Colorado and the Llano sides of fhe lake. The house and deck are gorgeous and it has a lot of amenities. Would have loved to have kayaks in addition to the paddle boards, but everything else was super solid. Great trip, great home.

Amazing Lakehouse!

We loved this lakehouse! The house is furnished beautifully and the beds are so comfortable. Their were a lot of extras included in the house which made everything so nice. We loved the nugget ice maker and the fully stocked kitchen. The dock was perfect for us to use our boat and jet ski. The outdoor areas are great for hanging out at night. We hope to stay here again soon!

Sweet Spot

The last five days of March our family has gotten together to honor the life of our mom and now our dad. This marked our 17year of picking a spot to get together. Finding a place to share stories, eat good food, drink good drinks, cry a little and laugh a lot!! We all agreed this house gave us an instant welcome! Gonna say it was one sweet spot!!!

Amazing Weekend

Beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. Has everything and more that you need to feel comfortable. The dock is was my personal favorite, kids were able to swim for hours and the adults could enjoy relaxing on the upper level or cooling off by the water. Host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. Will be back soon!

The owners of this property have gone out of their way to ensure a comfortable yet luxurious lake get away. The kitchen, living room, game room, patio, and deck spaces flow seamlessly from one to another. As 25 year lake home rental veterans, we found the ease of access from all indoor spaces to all outdoor spaces to be best in class. This property is well provisioned from the small extra details like Q-tips and floss in the bathroom to the extra wide double door Electrolux fridge in the kitchen to the separate drink fridge in the game room. There is a unanimous decision within our family that THIS property is a must return.

Family Birthday Celebration

We had fantastic time celebrating 3 family birthdays at your gorgeous and comfortable lake house! We loved watching the boats and having coffee every morning and a cocktail every evening on the beautiful and spacious dock! We cooked and grilled and enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen. We topped off each evening with playing pool in the fun game room and watching our favorite show in the living room before sleeping well on the comfy Purple mattresses! Simply stunning!!!!!

This home was Absolutely fantastic!!! It has everything you need for an amazing vacation on the lake!! The home is so Beautifully appointed and has everything that you need on-site! The game room has sofas, TVs with all the fun games like shuffleboard fuse ball, a pool table and more! The beds are super comfortable and very very clean! The location is simply amazing. The views of the lake are Breathtaking !! This home comes with a boat slip paddle boards and lily pad for the water !! The deck on top of the boathouse is phenomenal and made for great evening gatherings !!Management and ownership was phenomenal and they made it very easy for check-in and check out. Super clean too!!! Not to mention H-E-B and Ace Hardware are literally three minutes from the home, which makes it very convenient !! I highly recommend this home.We can’t wait to come back !!!

WOW!

Our favorite rental to date! This property was perfect. Can’t beat the views of the lake with the floor to ceiling windows. The home was sparkling clean and the kitchen was beyond well stocked. Anything you’d need is there! So many activities in the game room—kids toys, board games, shuffle board, pool table, ping pong—kept our group busy all weekend. Big TVs in game room and living room. The kids loved fishing off the dock and watching the boats go by. There was even a lily pad for swimming! We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings and having coffee out there in the morning. We had plenty of space and bathrooms for multiple families with young kids. So many extras in this home, the owners have truly thought of everything. Lots of parking in front and quick drive to town and HEB. Loved this place! We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home, great location!

This house is located on a great spot on the lake! Super convenient to Kingsland, quick boat ride to Boat Town, etc. It’s on a wider part of the Colorado so there’s less boat traffic and wake when docking the boat. Great swimming area around the dock and the kids loved the lily pad. The cove on the front side of the house was a great spot for fishing and paddle boarding. Tons of outdoor patio space that stays shaded all day and it was comfortable enough to eat lunch outside even in the 103 degree heat. At night we loved sitting out on the deck in the breeze. The house has every type of utensil or appliance you could want or need. Multiple grills, commercial fridge, drink fridge, wine fridge, Sonic ice maker, etc! Game room has pool, ping pong, shuffle board, foosball, board games, you name it! There’s plenty of towels, five bathrooms which is great for large groups, and sleeping arrangements can accommodate a variety of families. Beds are also super comfy! Beautiful home, beautiful views!

Perfect Lake Stay

This property was perfect for our 4th of July weekend. Plenty of space for our group, a very neat game room with every game you could possibly imagine (pool, ping pong, shuffle board, etc). The kids loved it. We love making breakfast and dinners etc and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and very organized. Even a nugget ice machine which was much appreciated! Oh and an extra drink fridge that was massive. There was a gas grill along with an offset available to use as well. The location was perfect. About 5 minutes from kingsland so you can pop into the grocery store or boat rental place. The house overall is super cozy and comfortable. The top deck is very fun for viewing boats and fireworks! Overall, loved it! The owner even left us some cute little goodies for the kids for the 4th and just felt very personal. We don’t have babies but they had a pak n play and some boosters for littles. You will love this spot! Book it now!

Beyond expectations

This property has EVERYTHING! The house is so versatile and configured well with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple living spaces. The game room can be shut off from other spaces and contained every game we could’ve asked for which was a huge plus for our bunch. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for meal prep—even had a nugget ice maker. The patio and multiple deck areas are spacious and accommodated our every need from the seating to the grills, not to mention the BEAUTIFUL VIEW! The lily pad was such a nice amenity for all ages with plenty of area for swimming near the great dock space housing lifts for boats and jet skis. There is ample parking at this property with easy access to HEB, Boat town and other restaurants. Management of this property was very helpful and we appreciated everything this property had to offer. It’s usually the big things that are important but this property host considers the little things guests might need and accommodates beautifully. Reserve this now if you want beyond expectation!
