Spent four days in Chicago for the purpose of attending two Chicago Cubs games at Wrigley Field. The home is in a nice neighborhood and less than a ten minute walk to the bus stop on Addison that takes you to Wrigley Field. The apartment, which is a basement apartment, is as described in the listing. The owners do live above on the main level. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The owner is very responsive to any needs or questions we had.

I would not stay here again. Tenants above were very loud at bedtime. The place did not seem clean. There were house centipedes and other bugs. No hand towels. The owner was very responsive in communicating, but not an inviting place to stay. Thankfully we were gone each day until after dinner time, but wanted a peaceful night's sleep and excessive noise on two of the nights was extremely frustrating.

When we first entered the BnB their were flies throughout the unit, so we continued to check the place out and the pictures online does not match what we saw in person, the beds had dog hair throughout the bed, the pillows were dirty and there were dirty underwear wrapped up in the sheets and at that point we were disgusted so I email the owner and no response at the time because it was 1:00am in the morning. My family and I said we will sleep on the couch but couldn’t do that because the couch was filthy as well so at that point we packed up and went to a whole other unit. We didn’t stay not one night and he refuse to give me the whole refund back. I will never rent from him again very disappointed.

Everything was great! Occasionally you heard the people/pets above, but was mostly quiet. Was confortable and easy to get to buses.

Comfortable, exactly as described

This cute little apartment was exactly as described. No suprises. Clean, easy to check-in/check-out, and Internet was reliable. Be aware that there is a set of tile steps down into the apartment, so could be an issue for people with mobility challenges.

Great spot and convenient location

Family weekend trip to Windy City. Cubs game and city sights. Great location between O’Hare Airport & downtown. Perfect for 2 couples, clean unit and very quiet neighborhood. Mattresses are amazing. Highly recommend this property.
