Welcome to Moonlight Magnolia, a modern luxury family cabin tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac among the tall pines of Hochatown. This gorgeous getaway features 2 ensuite bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a bunk nook in the hallway with a separate bathroom, and 3 bathrooms total.

Step inside to a beautifully designed interior with everything you need to relax and recharge. Outside, you'll find a private patio with a bubbling hot tub, a cozy firepit with seating for 8, and ambient string lights for magical nights under the stars.

*THE POOL (Fall - Winter)

During the fall and winter months (October 15 – April 1), we’re pleased to offer the option to UNCOVER the pool and heat the pool to a comfortable 82–85°F so you can enjoy a refreshing swim even when the weather is chilly.

If you choose the heating option ($100 per night), we’ll ensure the pool remains at the set temperature throughout your stay.

If you decide not to add heating, the pool will remain covered and inactive, and the water temperature will drop to a level just above freezing.

We appreciate your understanding that pool heating involves high energy costs, as it is powered by liquid propane rather than standard household gas, which makes it significantly more expensive to operate.

❗️Please note that while we strive to maintain the promised pool temperature, occasional harsh winter weather with extreme below-freezing temperatures may present challenges. In such cases, we will do everything we can to keep the pool heated and comfortable for your stay.

❗️NOTE (Spring - Summer) : Our pool is nestled in the backyard, beautifully surrounded by tall pine trees that create a serene and natural setting. While our team takes great care to clean the pool daily—especially before each check-in—the charm of our wooded environment may occasionally lead to a few pine needles drifting into the water.

To make it easy for you to keep things tidy during your stay, we’ve provided a telescopic pole with a mesh skimmer for quick and simple removal of any additional debris. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy this peaceful, nature-wrapped retreat to the fullest!

INTRODUCTION

Escape to your lavish and expansive 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin nestled in the serene woods of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, within the breathtaking Ouachita National Forest. Ideal for families, couples, or friend groups seeking solace and luxury amidst nature's embrace.

Upon entering the cabin, you will be greeted with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking essentials you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area seats six, making it the perfect spot for intimate dinners or game nights.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with an en-suite bathroom with a tile shower and double sinks. The built-in bunk beds offer additional sleeping space with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and an additional full bathroom with a custom tile shower.
Step outside to the covered deck, where you'll find a hot tub, grill, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The cabin is surrounded by towering trees, and you can hear the tranquil sounds of nature from every corner.

NOTE: Our TVs are Smart TVs so that you can log in with your account and watch your shows via your favorite apps however please log out from your account upon departure.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens(For more information refer to our house manual that was sent to you in the email - via link)

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

❗️Property House and Security Rules:

Maximum Occupancy: 8. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link - operated by reputable processing system. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱(If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.)

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from our co-hosts, The Utmost Host, after you have completed your booking through Airbnb.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
