High Tide Haven is a spacious 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms beach rental that will provide ample space to relax and unwind. It has 2 suites with king beds! Luxury bedding throughout. What an amazing place to stay on a gorgeous beach- even in December:). My older little dog appreciated the elevator so much!!! The balcony views x 3 were absolutely delightful! So much space to come together as a group or spread out for some quiet time:). Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The elevator was perfect for us because my brother is in a wheelchair. They have thought of everything, a fully stocked kitchen, toys and books for the littles, a high chair, I was so impressed! There was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The host was super responsive as well. I highly recommend and we will be back!

A big slice of Haven

Arrived to a clean, friendly spot. Easy to ck in, excellent communication, elevator a huge plus for bringing items up & down. All floors well planned out. Easy 1 mn access to wonderful, long beach. Quiet part of island a bonus!

Host was very good communications. Town house was super nice plenty of room and space with 3 levels with all the family we had. Beds were amazingly comfortable only thing they could add is some sort of blender / handmixer but litterally everything we needed was there....we cannot wait to stay again

A Slice of Heaven

Touted as my final fishing trip for the season minutes away from Seaview pier perfect location and I got to take my puppy, and my mom and family we had plenty of room, and the elevator was a major draw ( for my 81 yr old mother-who used the stairs more than I did) and the views and the beds were just everything you could want on a vacation. Property managers do an excellent job very accommodating quick responses. Definitely look forward to going back.

Cute home and relaxing. Responsive owner.

Pros: -clean -newer -nice pool -easy beach access -enough room for everyone -nothing needs to be done at checkout -kid friendly amenities -complimentary tea and coffee -friendly and responsive owner -plenty of utensils and plates/ bowls -ocean view -large refrigerator -covered parking for 3 cars -elevator -outdoor shower with warm water Cons -if the neighbors left their water on, it was cause a large puddle in front of the elevator -there is a street light in the parking lot that makes sitting on/ viewing out of the 2 out of the 3 ocean facing decks difficult at night. -there are not enough hooks/ ways to hang towels/ bathing suits in the bathrooms -limited dry food storage -limited cooking utensils -no ice maker -no seating at the pool -the elevator door can easily swing open with the wind and his whichever care is parked in the way We really enjoyed our stay overall! The things we didn’t like, for the most part, are things that are out of the owner’s control. Cute and nice place for the price. When the VRBO app was unresponsive, the owner reached out to me directly to make sure I was taken care of. The owner is very kind and overall, even with a couple quirks, it was really a great stay!

Hi, I'm Renee, your host at High Tide Haven in beautiful North Topsail Beach, NC. I grew up in a cozy town called Woodstock, VT, and later went to college in Albany, NY, where I achieved degrees in interior design and art.

Although I'm relatively new to hosting vacation rentals, I'm proud to share that guests have consistently awarded me 5-star reviews! I absolutely love hosting, and my mission is to ensure that every guest feels not just welcome but also enjoys all the comforts of home during their stay.

Today, I reside just outside Raleigh, NC, with my wonderful husband and two adventurous children. I invite you to join us for a relaxing stay by the sea, where sandy toes and sunny smiles await!
