Conveniently located off of Highway 5 in Side Lake.

Recently remodeled home features:
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom

- off street parking (large enough to accommodate a trailer)

House does not currently have AC. There are ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms and a floor fan in the 3rd bedroom and living room.

House is not on a lake. It sits between Side Lake and Perch Lake.

Modern and spotlessly clean. Had all the amenities we needed. When the electricity was not working in the kitchen when we arrived, host responded immediately, and had it fixed less than 20 minutes after we called.

2 bars/ restaurants within a mile and a store thatbhas everything less then a mile away lakes and recreation near by. People that owner property were amazing and helpful

Had a very good time. Quiet, clean, very modern. Spacious yard. Only small complaint would be the street light back by the fire pit is very bright, shines in your eyes. Makes it hard to star gaze.

The host(s) were very responsive and organized. Check in was easy. Kitchen was ok. WiFi was good. The property was ok, not spectacular or amazing. Just ok. It really needs some work in the decor and bed linens area. But I suppose given the area, this is kind of what you get?! I'm unsure if there are even any "great" places in VRBO to rent at all?!? The pillows were terrible - the bed needs some better ones. Our bed pillows were very hard. They need feather/down pillows. The "bed experience" is nearly the most important, so the host needs to really make that experience great! We stayed in the "Bob Dylan" bedroom, lol. Don't worry about that kind of decor. Worry about the sheets/pillows/comforter/etc.! No, we would not rent this one again.

Delightful house on beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Walkable to the public docks and delightful local restaurant. Great host, super responsive. Absolutely would stay again.

We're on a journey to visit every state park in Minnesota. We decided to come to the this area to celebrate my birthday and Father's day. We couldn't have found a better spot. It was super close to one of the parks and it was very quiet and inviting. Loved the subtle touches in the house and how we had everything we needed availabile to us. Very affordable too! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the Side Lake area!

Great Cabin weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. We enjoyed dinner at Bimbo’s, which was within walking distance, had a great time sitting around the campfire, and even though it wasn’t on the lake, we weren’t too far from an amazing swimming beach. My family and I will definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin in the woods.

My family and I had a great stay at this cozy cabin! There was more than enough space for a larger family, the place was very clean, comfortable furniture and beds, updated kitchen and bathroom were very nice.
