The host charged me an additional fee afterwards, even though it was not included in their description, and their description said that all fees were included. When I reached out to the host, they were rude & unhelpful, and told me to reach out to support. Support agreeded that it was wrong of them to charge me the fee, and tried to reach out to them. The host never gave a response to support, and instead changed the description to include the fee. I was very disappointed in how the host treated me, and the lack of resolve from support.

I would say 3.5 stars, or 8/10 rating. This is a nice, clean house and would work well for guests who mainly need a place to sleep. For our group of seven staying two nights, however, it wasn’t set up the way we expected for relaxing or spending time together.While there are plenty of beds to accommodate a large group, the living room only has seating for about five people, which made gathering uncomfortable. The lack of dĂ©cor and soft furnishings also made the home feel cold and very echoey.The beds were usable but not very comfortable. Two of the three king beds that were slept in had large metal clips in them that guests felt poking them during the night. They appeared to be holding the bedding in place but were uncomfortable.The kitchen is very minimally stocked. There were dishes, but very few cooking or serving utensils—just a couple of pots and cookie sheets. Cleaning supplies were limited to dish soap and paper towels, with nothing provided to clean the counters or stove.The hot tub is smaller than it appears in the photos and realistically only seats about four people. We also noticed the front door did not seem to latch fully, which made it feel less secure.Overall, this is a nice house, but it is better suited for guests looking primarily for a place to sleep rather than relax, cook, or spend extended time hanging out inside.

This place was a 10! We had a 8 family members stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was beautifully decorated. Plenty of things stay entertained. Everyone had nothings butgood things to say about this Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. The owners communicated well.Thank you for a great time.

Stay was ok

Our stay was not bad, but I wouldn’t consider this property a “gem.” Pros - good communication w/ owner, allowed for checkout time flexibility, clean spot, plenty of bed space as advertised, plenty of TVs, appliances worked. Cons - sleeps a lot of people, but seats very few. Small living room w/ uncomfortable furniture. Beds have rock hard mattresses. Some basics were missing like not enough towels or extra blanket/sheets. No wall hangings made the house feel very bland. Street was busy, so a lot of headlights/road noise at night for those in front bedrooms. Overall, it wasn’t bad stay. However, it was minimal accommodations considering the cost.

Great place for family

It was a great location, quiet neighborhood, house had things for the kids to do. Kitchen needs a few little things to make it more useful but overall it was good. Management was responsive and helpful when we had any concerns or questions.

Church Group Loved It

The property was clean and in order. Hot tub was awesome!! we enjoyed sitting outside and playing cornhole and putting on the green. Great Stay and Great Property!!

Our team had a work convention and we ended up staying here and it was perfect!!! Clean, big rooms, comfy beds and enough space to hangout. Hosts were very accommodating and responded promptly. Would definitely recommend
