Modern Apartment in Popular Roncesvalles Village

This totally private apartment is in a house one block away from trendy Roncesvalles Avenue. It is a block away from High Park, Boutique Stores, public transportation, the lakeshore, St. Joseph's Hospital, a library & and many popular restaurants. Our separate apartment is good for couples, singles and business travelers.
The space
The space you will be renting has a living room with a TV, DVD player, Wii, Netflix and Roku TV. There is a separate entrance, a bedroom with a door and a modern bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. There is also a washer and dryer for you to use. The living space has a small kitchen area with a sink, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. There is a small bar fridge,induction plate, toaster oven and microwave as well. All plates, cutlery etc... is supplied. Towels, sheets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are supplied too.
Guest access
We are a family of four living upstairs but we are often out. We are here if you need us, but with a separate entrance, your space is your own and there is no need to see us.
Upon booking, an email will be sent with the door code/key access.
Other things to note
If parking is needed, we can arrange for that in advance of your stay. If you book instructions will be in the house manual.
