It’s a lovely place, well located in Stratford. Perfect for a one or two nights stay. Close to all the theaters and restaurants in town. Laundry is in the building down the hall, but not in the apartment.

Brendan was very helpful as a host. I originally had booked the wrong property, then we had trouble paying. We tried using my husband’s credit card, but it wouldn’t accept it. Eventually, it was resolved. There was trouble with e-mail addresses. Brendan assisted me with using words as opposed to symbols for him to be able to read on his end. A grab bar should be added to the bathroom because the tub is too high to safely step over. There was no wine opener, and only two wine glasses. There were only two of us, but if there were four people as the loft suggests, there should be four wine glasses. There were only two coffee mugs as well. The photo suggests a key fob for parking that is no longer accurate. We were able to figure out the new fob since it was attached to a key with our parking space number. They were in a bowl across from the island in the kitchen. when we returned to the parking garage prior to checking out, the key would not open the door to the garage. We had to use the fob to enter the garage.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious loft style apartment, artistically decorated with all the amenities in kitchen included. Fabulous location right downtown. Manager was quick to respond when links were not working for check in instructions.

We loved the units. They were spotless, had comfortable beds, interesting artifacts and lots of books. The kitchen seemed well supplied but we did not really use them as eating out is close by and excellent. Easy walking distance to the Avon and Studio Theaters, even for us octogenarians. However, lots of stairs if that is a consideration. Brendan is a fine communicator which we greatly appreciated. Rebecca

We really enjoyed the apartment. Great location, really convenient to everything. The parking arrangements were fine. Two little suggestions: The bathroom could use a towel rack or a couple of hooks, and it would be helpful to know that it's a third floor walkup. My wife and I are in our 70s and would have liked to know about the stairs, since, even though we really liked this apartment, we might have preferred a place without so many stairs.

The Juno Lofts is conveniently located within walking distance to all theaters and many excellent restaurants. We parked our vehicle in the parking garage after unpacking and didn’t use it until we were ready to depart. Within three blocks are a variety of interesting shops in which one can purchase comfortable shoes, unique pieces of art, kitchen gadgets, cheeses, costume jewelry, clothing items and accessories, books, and many other interesting items. Although we only prepared coffee and ate snacks in the loft, the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. We enjoyed being of the top floor, but climbing 42 steps was an aerobic exercise!Brendan responded quickly to all questions I had before and during the stay.

Just one problem

After a heavy rainfall one of the two beds was wet from a leak. Luckily the wet linen was at the bottom of one side of the bed so could be avoided. But it did make for alternative sleeping arrangements with one of us on the couch in the living room. The manager was notified so hopefully they will locate the leak source.

Amazing location right in the heart of Stratford! It was perfect for a girls weekend of shopping, dining and theatre. We were able to walk every where. The accommodation was very clean and we enjoyed the tasteful decor, high ceilings and natural lighting. Just be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs. The parking was underground and seemed very safe, however the parking location was a short walk down the street. The host had excellent communication and responded to any questions or concerns quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!
