Don’t let the term “cozy” mislead you - this is a very spacious apartment! It has been updated with beautifully with attractive modern baths and kitchen, and includes a washer and dryer and air conditioners in each bedroom and living room. It is indeed located within fifty meters of the Piazza di Popolo as well as a few steps from a city bus stop and shops and restaurants ! Adele welcomed us and answered all of our questions and addressed the small issues promptly. She was even kind enough to drive us to our meeting point with the hired bus to take our group back to Rome. The location, decor, and air conditioning makes this a perfect place to stay while in Todi. This was our second summer in Todi! We love it!!! The only negative fact: the apartment is on the third floor and no elevator, just stairs! However, this situation helps you walk off the calories from eating all of the delicious food AND gelato!!

Todi central near piazza

Lovely spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment ideally located in Todi. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation- live like a local. The host is the best!

Perfect 2bdrm and 2 bath in great location

Very clean and comfortable, well setup apartment in the center of town. Recently updated and AC works great. Would definitely return when in Todi again!

Spacious and well-appointed apartment in the center of the old town

This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time.

3 wonderful weeks in Todi!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Todi with Victoria and Adele as our hosts! We affectionately named the apartment the “Cozy Todi” and loved every minute of it. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, an eat in kitchen, washer/dryer and air conditioning made our stay so enjoyable as we were able to relax, visit, sleep, cook and work during our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for! The pictures of the apartment are great, the building is incredible, safe and quiet, and the neighborhood is literally just a few steps off the main piazza so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go each day! We really didn’t want to go home and we definitely hope to be back one day in the future. Thank you Victoria and Adele for an amazing visit!
