Equipped with an efficiency kitchen and portable air conditioning in summer, #312 has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Sun Peaks. It has excellent ski-in/ski-out and is only a few steps from local restaurants, shops, and amenities.

Location:
- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the center of the Sun Peaks Village
- Village view
- Ski- in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski- out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter

- King Bed (Option for Two Twin Beds Upon Request)
- Double Sofa Bed
Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc

- Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
