The house boasts several cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind after a long day. The plush sofas and armchairs are perfect for snuggling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
The bedrooms are just as stylish and comfortable and soft with regulable lighting, and unique artwork on the walls. The bathrooms are sleek and modern, with high-end fixtures and plenty of space to get ready in the morning.
Additionally, our apartment is located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood, away from the noise and chaos of the city. You can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and wake up to the sounds of birds chirping in the morning. The area is safe and perfect for a relaxing vacation, with plenty of green spaces and parks nearby for you to explore.

Amazing beautiful apartment on Gianicolo hill
Beautiful property, exactly as advertised. Very clean and great amenities. It is just a short walk to Trastevere. Wonderful option if you are staying on Gianicolo hill!

Lovely stay on the Gianicolo
We had a lovely stay - the apartment was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the location - easy walk or bus to the historic center/sites and in a great neighborhood with lots of shops, places to eat, etc. And quiet. Communication was very easy and the host was always responsive. Highly recommend!

A great apartment in a brilliant local neighbourhood. Great local shops & restaurants - the ice cream parlour “Miami” was particularly excellent as was the restaurant Lumie di Sicilia. Very easy to get into central Rome and all the main tourist locations via very regular buses.
