The space
This 3200 finished square foot home is very spacious, allowing guests to spread out. This comfortable house features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bathroom on each level, and a 2 large living room spaces. Six Bedrooms are graciously sized. There is a Roku TV in both living spaces and all of the 6 bedrooms. There are 11 beds available in this home. There is high speed internet in the home. The home welcomes families or groups.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups. Includes Keurig individual and full pot (Keurig pods, creamer and sweetener always included) Tea at the home. Kitchen has all cooking and baking basics and more, including dishes, flatware, paper towels, large pots, crockpot, waffle iron, blender, Kitchen aid Mixer, toaster oven and some basic spices.

Game Room: It includes finished lower level with a game room and rec room. Arcade games include Golden Tee, Football and Ms PacMan, Asteroids, Tetris and many more game options. The basement rec room also has electronic darts, a foosball table and a large variety of games and puzzles.

Backyard: There is also a large backyard with a patio, gas grill, and a fenced-in yard for pets. Outdoor games are provided like Corn Hole, Croquet, and Ladder Toss. The front patio offers soft lighting, a gas fire pit and seating for up to 10 people.

Guest Access
Guests will receive 4 digit code day before or day of stay. Guests will have the entire house to themselves and access to the garage as well. There are 2 steps in from the garage entry for easy access.

Parking: There is parking for 5 cars on the driveway/parking pad plus 1 car garage. Street parking is also available.

Security: The Doorbell and lights on the south and west side are Ring camera’s, which are in use for security of the home. South and West side are motion activated cameras and lights.

Locked Areas: A storage room in the basement and 2 closets that access the eves on the second floor bedrooms are locked to prevent guest access.
