The home’s location is perfect; sitting just a few minutes from the Lake & Marina, with the convenience of town amenities along with close lake access & dining. Lost Woods Golf course is across the bridge, along with Cookies Restaurant and Cody's minutes away.
This cozy, spacious fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin sleeps 8 people comfortably. The property has a open floor-plan, hardwood and tile flooring, fully furnished kitchen with a Gas BBQ grill on the back deck facing the lake. It has a large lawn with a fenced in back yard. The dining table seats 6, along with a bar for extra seating for 4. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with extra closet space. The Second Bedroom sleeps 6, having 2 regular mattresses, 1 queen and a twin. The room shines at night with Bubble Lights surrounding the ceiling. You can relax in the oversized jetted tub, or start your day drinking coffee on the front covered porch swing. Lovely

Beds were comfy and clean. She thought ov everything, including some extras (ibuprofen, gas meds, an extra toothbrush and more) in the bathroom. We would certainly stay here again!

Super clean, very welcoming and felt like home! Quiet street and comfy beds! We have a support.dog that I wish we were able to bring since the yard is fenced. We would love to be able to make this our reoccurring rental but will have to maybe stay elsewhere due to not being able to bring the dog. Which we understand completely. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it if you need a quiet night or two away!

Wonderful property. Everything you might expect to have at home was available. Even spices and flour. Very close to the nearby boat ramp and Theodosia Marina at Bull Shoals Lake. Dollar General and a local grocery store in town for any last minute supplies.There is no doubt I will stay at this property again if I am back in the area.

Great place to escape!

Property was quiet, well equipped, and in a great location, off the beaten path but close to the water. Cabin decor was super cute! A great place for my family to relax, unwind, and unplug for a few days!

We had a great stay at the cabin. It was a perfect location for our trip and we found it to be cozy as advertised. We have recommended it to our friend who lives in the area for times when their house has an overflow of guests.

We were raised on Bullshoals Lake, and as a young couple would say to one another, "One day we will have a house on the lake". We Love the Amenities and Community of Theodosia, MO. It's Great to have such a short commute to the lake, it's golf cart riding distance. Cookie's restaurant, and the marina are less than a .5 mile away, and the golf course is across the bridge. The neighborhood is also Quite and Peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly!

The location and layout of the property make it a Wonderful Vacation Rental. Having the lake so close is nice for families, water sports enthusiast or fisherman; the grocery store, liquor store and Dollar General are minutes from the house. The Theodosia Marina & Cookies Restaurant are less than a 1/2 mile away. There are also many things to do besides going to the lake that are close: Lost Woods Golf Course is across the bridge, Dawt Mill Canoe Rental is 28 miles, Glade Top Trail is 16 miles, Branson, MO is 1 hour, and Mtn. Home, Arkansas is 45 minutes and more.
