Great spot to get away

Great place to stay in myrtle beach. The condo was clean and nice. Beautiful view of the ocean will rent from again thank you !

Only we didn't have any more towels and we asked at the reception and they got upset. I think they should leave clean towels daily. Thanks

Very disappointed

When I made the reservations, I was ask to take a picture of my license, credit card and a picture of me holding up both of her. I thought this was a scam until I got to the office. They never let you in the office, they came to the door and checked my ID. I had to call and send a text to get the door code. The sheets on one of the beds had spots on it. I bought sheets and pillowcases because the message the sent back said they would change them the next day. There were little black bugs all through the unit. The racks in the freezer were rusty and the side of the refrigerator was filthy. The unit smelled of mold. The balcony had hair on patio. It was nasty. The young lady Julie kept apologizing. I told her no need to clean it. We actually only slept there one night out of 5 days. If I ever see a unit being rented by Big Fish Rental, I will by pass it. I don’t care if it’s Free!

Very nice

The suite was as described. I am glad someone else commented about all the “I”s you have to dot and all the “t”s you have to cross to get through the process and the very personal security info you have to provide, including the front and back of your credit card and driver’s license, your social security number, etc. if I hadn’t read the other lady’s post, I probably would not have gone through this tedious and exposing process due to security concerns of private information, but all seems fine so far. There is a long list of “do’s and dont’s” and rules to follow to prevent extra charges. Sad that it has come to this, as most of us would do the right things anyway. The furniture was fine, the bed and sheets comfortable, and access easy. The parking garage is a little difficult to navigate, with very tight turns. The location was fine, close to both North Myrtle and South Myrtle, but do not expect to be able to walk to restaurants. The pools were amazingly clean, staff very friendly! I could nit figure our how to navigate the TV guides, but did manage to find two of my favorite channels. Then again, I’m older, you those under 50 would probably be able to do this with ease. There is NO WIFI available, unfortunately. The very few issues I had (knob missing on a lamp, for instance) were very quickly resolved. Be sure to go to the 10th floor pool for excellent sunset views. I would stay here again for the great price!

I'm excited to help you have a perfect vacation. I want your experience to be perfect, so I'm just a text message, email, or phone call away. Please note that the hot tub will be shut down and out of order on Monday, June 10th for scheduled maintenance.

We just loved the beachfront view from this condo the first time we visited! The view is spectacular, and our young child loved playing in the pools and on the beach. We can't wait to come back!
