* Located on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

* Pool typically closed from November 1 to April 1.

* Check-in info sent 3 days before arrival.

* No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers allowed per HOA.

* Charcoal grill by the pool.

* Washer/Dryer in unit.

* Daily housekeeping not provided.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. ***Please note: North Tower pool will be closed from February 1st-March 15th, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Guests are responsible for damage to the linens or the property and for not following departure procedures (such as check-out time).

4. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

5. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
