Clean Nice location Area safe Towels were supplied and on each bed but they were damp. I would have preferred if they were just left in dryer. Only other suggestions is a full length mirror. Great stay and would stay again.
Beautiful open modern kitchen. We were able to relax and watch movies after arriving very late Friday evening. Saturday - we attended Breezy Bowl. Felt like home.

great place to stay when visiting the Braves!

Beautiful home. Great location- 15 minutes to The Battery with lots of other great restaurants and things to do close by. Loved the garage access making parking simple for our family.

They never contacted us about checking in. After multiple attempts, we reached out to VRBO who refunded our stay. Then we had to find a hotel the day of our intended stay.

Great place and great location

Guys trip to see Dodgers/Braves. The townhouse was perfect for us. Great place in a great location. Only negative was the AC didnt see to be working very well but it was chilly that night so no big deal. Host was very communicative and flexible for what we needed. Thanks!

Beautiful Home

The pictures really doesn’t give how great this place is. Real clean property, quiet neighborhood, and great ambiance. Unique listing and it caught me by surprise. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Very nice new property

Everything was clean. Very spacious property 2 car garage and bedroom on 1st floor kitchen living and balcony on 2nd level. Bedrom, master bed and bath on 3rd floot.

I left belongings there and the and tried to come back to get them and the owner said we could go check the property for my belongings and when we drove 5 hours back to come back to the property he would not let us re enter giving me the run around and never responded back to me so he kept a Kurt Geiger bag and the money and credit cards that was in it so I advised anyone not to rent from him...

The property itself is very nice but it was not properly cleaned upin arrival. While the hard floirs were very nice, it was obvious that the floors had not been swept. Additionally, when asked if the accidental coverage fee was refundable, host confirmed as yes but after checkout and discussion with VRBO it was determined that it wasn't refundable. This was very disappointing as the refundable fee was the deviding factor to rent the property or not.

The house was nice but the lack of covering on the double doors and entry door made me very uncomfortable. You can see from front to back and i have kids. I didnt feel safe. Also the lack of correct window covering in both upstairs bathrooms was frustrating. There were sheer see through curtains, me nor my kids were comfortable especially since one would be unclothed in this area. We all went down a level to the bathroom with no window but you had to be dressed because you had to pass the double doors that had nothing covering them. Infuriating.

Beautiful townhome!

This was a great townhome for our trip to Atlanta for a baseball tournament. It was clean, well decorated and centrally located. My only suggestions would be to add toilet paper and towel holders/racks in the bathrooms. Also, since it sleeps 6, it would be nice to have more than 4 plates and 4 bowls. A few items which I’m used to having in other rentals, that this one didn't have, are hairdryers in each bathroom, kitchen/dish towels, bottle opener, wine opener, wine glasses, and towels/wash cloths in each bathroom. There were sufficient towels and wash cloths in the upstairs linen closet, but with it being a three-story townhome, it would have been nice to have the towels already in the bathrooms. Overall, it's a great VRBO, just wanted to suggest these few things.

Wonderful Home New and Clean

This home was better than expected. Our family took a short trip to meet other relatives. From the ground up, the garage was big enough for our Expedition, the level had a wonderfully large Foyer/Entry space. Second floor had great size, a wonderfully large kitchen and refrigerator and great living space plus dining. The tall doors and high ceilings on the second floor made the space so large and inviting. Upstairs were two large bedrooms each with their own baths. Washer and Dryer were great as well. This home was clean, clean, clean. My wife always has the cleaning bug when going to VRBO’s but this home needed none of that. Spotless as can be. For food and groceries, you’re just about a mile in either direction for a Publix or fast food if needed. Will definitely stay again if needing to go to Atlanta. Host was also very responsive to any questions as well and even helped me out with the security entry (definitely an operator error on my part).

Needs to be deep cleaned! And I mean professionally!

This property is a “newer” townhome but, it needs to be cleaned by a PROFESSIONAL . We did not have WiFi for the first day and a half. Now there was communication with the owner who ultimately sent a technician out but, there was never an apology for the inconvenience especially since I had to work those days. We were not offered any credit either. There was no tissue in the upstairs bathrooms readily available and there were shot cups and drinks under the couch that they failed to get when they cleaned up. And I think I kept smelling dog somewhere. Anyways my family and I weren’t comfortable.

When I see reviews of this caliber it is with much irony that none of these alleged issues were mentioned during the stay. Lets address each one. 1. The home is cleaned professionally after every guest and not one time did you complain about cleanliness in all of our correspondence. 2. You mentioned the WiFi issue later on in the stay and if you were aware the WiFi was an issue that’s something you should have mentioned at the inception of the stay, BUT, when you did mention it ATT was there to fix the issue that was out of my control same day. 3. NO CREDIT WAS REQUESTED, and is the credit for the Wi-Fi ? Was there a financial loss due to the Wi-Fi that I was not aware of? I understand crediting for some things but Wi-Fi is not a required amenity, and some hotels charge extra for access to it, but again it was fixed the moment I was made aware. 4. There was tissue in every bathroom and extra are stored under the sink and again NOTHING WAS SAID TO ME!! 5. We don’t allow dogs and if you were not comfortable NOTHING WAS SAID. Now you get on this platform and attempt to tarnish someone’s integrity - I will always stand by the scripture Galatians 6:8b A man reaps what he sows. And that goes for man and women. And this is a negative review that you have sown because you said nothing positive but it is a “Newer” townhouse and, it’s not newer it’s NEW not even 12 month old.
