Fantastique SOCO studio

Absolument adorable ancien studio photo, maintenant une toute nouvelle location de vacances. Situé dans la partie la plus branchée de la ville - SOCO (CongrÚs du Sud) avec un accÚs facile à tout ce qui est le mieux à Austin: boutiques, restaurants, bars et grands événements musicaux.

Le studio est un vĂ©ritable bijou, avec ses fenĂȘtres rondes, sa chambre en mezzanine et ses hauts plafonds au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. L'espace super lĂ©ger et aĂ©rĂ©, et une joyeuse ambiance dĂ©contractĂ©e d'Austin. S'ouvre sur une terrasse couverte. EntrĂ©e par une allĂ©e de jardin. Un vrai plaisir d'ĂȘtre dans!

Peut accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes confortablement, 5 si vous vous aimez vraiment.

Nouvelle salle de bain et cuisine. EntrĂ©e privĂ©e, jardins, terrasse avec barbecue au gaz, fenĂȘtres rondes, nouvelle chaleur et air Ă  haute efficacitĂ©, adossĂ© Ă  une crique pour une plus grande intimitĂ©, dans un quartier central et agrĂ©able. Super mignon dĂ©cor de musique hipster.

Just what I was looking for myself and my dog for a quick work trip. Good location and easy access. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big deal, but the bed was a little uncomfortable, and I couldn't get the hot water to work in the bathroom. The bathroom is also in the loft so getting up to go in the middle of the night is an adventure. But it was a great price and fit my needs just fine.

Thank you for the wonderful stay in Austin. Communication with the owner was great, access great. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found it to be a very walkable, quiet location. Shout out to The Wheel for providing wonderful craft cocktails and some great local food tips to nearby food trucks and coffee shops. The owners are amazing and they give amazing privacy as thier home is close bye. The studio is very spacious and calming. The bed is super awsome as well as the one upstairs in the loft. I would and will recommend this studio to anyone that wants a cool safe place to chill and see what Austin offers. (AMAZING FOOD AND PEOPLE!)

Jana was easy to communicate with, had some great local tips, and her place was a perfect hideaway within short distance to everything. The back yard was always alive with birds, and the space was much bigger than it appears in the pictures. 100% would stay again!

Amazing Home!

I came to Austin with my three college roommates and stayed in Jana’s property and it was so perfect for us! In a great location near SoCo, extremely clean, and Jana made the check in process seamless. Our favorite moments were relaxing on the beautiful screened porch in the morning. Would definitely recommend!!

Jana is a kind and sweet host. Her place is in a great locations with a tons of food and entertainment. Although the studio is behind her place but she gave us our privacy. SOCO Studio

We enjoyed our stay at the SOCO Studio. The location fit our needs perfectly. Our host Jana was very friendly and repaired the handrail to the loft the same day we reported it. The studio was very comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the fenced yard as we were traveling with our two pups. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Austin.

So cute and unique!

What a gem! Not only was this studio perfectly suited to our unique needs (small, dog-friendly and close to campus), but there was also Jana's warm hospitality and easy-going nature. Jana's dogs were immediate friends with our dog, which made the whole weekend easier. We will for sure be back.

Great ACL spot!

Perfect location and comfy stay. Everything was as pictured and very clean. Parking was not an issue (parked on the street right out front every night/day). The festival was a very short Uber or Lyft ride away, and we were able to catch a ride share within 2mins of requesting every time. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the short walk to restaurants and coffee shops! Owner was very responsive and we had no problems! Thanks a bunch!

The PERFECT location!

My partner and I came into Austin for a couple days after some time out in country. This property was in such a great location! We found many great coffee places, restaurants, and thrift stores all within 4 miles, most within a œ mile distance. Jana was kind and quick to respond. The space is clean, provides plenty of necessary a/c in these summer months, and the screened porch was a great place to sit and drink our coffee while enjoying the morning breeze. You should definitely consider staying here on your next visit in!
