Whether you're traveling solo, vacationing with a companion, or visiting with the family, this recently renovated home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Set up your laptops and go online thanks to the complimentary high-speed internet and take advantage of the washer/dryer to help you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Out back, relax in the private backyard complete with a charming water wheel - the perfect place for welcoming the day with your morning coffee or unwinding after your adventures with an evening glass of wine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Definitely modern, definitely comfortable! Stayed here for a 3-day trip to the Redwood National and State Parks. Clean, spacious and lots of amenities. Good location. The check-in had some issues for us but thankfully the homeowner was able to help us out. Would 100% recommend.

Great Stay
Lovely modern home in suburban Eureka. But, very close drive to everything. Great base to visit Redwoods both north and south.

- The kitchen was well equipped. However, there were ants in the kitchen. Many came from under the kitchen mat. The underside of the mat was very dirty. - When turning on the water for the tub faucet in the Full bathroom the shower also turns on even before you pull up the shower lever. - We accidentally set the security alarm off twice. Once was when we first came in and didn’t know where the alarm was located so we didn’t get to it soon enough and the other time was when we didn’t realize that opening a sliding glass door to go out onto the patio would set it off. It would have been beneficial to have direction as to how to turn it off if someone accidentally sets it off. - The main door was difficult to lock and unlock. - We were surprised by the noise coming from the living quarters under the same roof as ours. For example, running water and sliding doors. We did not realize it was a duplex.

Lovely home
Everything about our stay was great.. we have no complaints other than maybe a drip coffee maker... the pod coffee maker took too long for 4 adults needing to wake up... the house was beautifully furnished, everything was supplied, super clean, security was perfect. Quiet street with friendly neighbors. Getting around the area was pretty easy. Size of bedrooms was perfect with a surprise in the master... our grandson loved the bed... outside area was so cute with grill & lights for evenings. The privacy fence was perfect. We were able to park conveniently in the driveway. We truly enjoyed this home and looking forward to another stay
