With 3 ground floor bedrooms and a loft bedroom for additional sleeping space, your whole family can enjoy a taste of resort living in Prescott. There is a spacious patio, with fire pit to expand your living space and to enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by native landscaping and views of majestic Granite Mountain. Or stay inside, light one of the 2 gas fireplaces and snuggle up.

Parking in available for up to 3 cars in the garage, and ample parking in the driveway.

Mid-stay housekeeping fee (required for bookings of 10 days or more) $150

You may bring 1 or 2 pets, with a $100 fee is for house privileges, and doesn't cover excess cleaning/accidents/dog poop. Please add your pets on your registration.

-Lost/missing remotes (TV Roku, Fans etc): $15 ea
-Unreported pet or excess number of pets: $200 ea
-Uncleaned pet urine/feces/vomit inside: $50 ea. Feces outside $25 per lift
-Unapproved parties/gatherings: $500
-Excess unapproved guests above reservation number: $40 per day per guest
-Use of fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, explosives, campfires, candles or any other open flames: $250
-Smoking odors, ash, butts: greater of $250 or professional cleaning invoice
-Carpet soiling/damage: greater of $100 per carpet or professional cleaning/repair invoice
