My house is located very close to Cabrillo Beach and the Cabrillo Beach Marina area. It has very easy access to the entire Southern California Coastal Beach Side - on its north you have access to Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Imperial Beach, Marina Del Ray, Santa Monica Venice Beach and Malibu Beach, which in-fact can be both walked or ideally one can Cycle. On the Southern Side you have Long Beach Shoreline Village, Belmont Shores, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and many more before you end up all the way to San Diego La Jolla. Visiting Southern California is a must, it offers excellent weather through out the year. I can keep bragging but this I believe is enough information to entice you to come visit!

Me as a HOST lol! No seriously. Its almost a Brand New Build House which is well maintained and safe. My house offers 5 Beds, 3 Brand New King Size Foam Beds and 2 Brand New Queen Size Foam Beds. This can be rented as a whole or room by room based on availability and customer enquiry.
