The house was perfect! We were out and about seeing Disney and Universal, but the kids favorite part was to get back and swim. The house was spacious and the host was very responsive. Parking was pretty easy and it was conveniently located to grocery stores and some wonderful neighborhood gems of restaurants. One morning we walked to the nearest coffee shop which was lovely. It was quite a find!

We loved Gina’s property! She had very clear instructions and made the stay seamless. The house was spotless in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to the best coffee and taco stand. I definitely recommend!

Awesome place

Had an amazing stay at this VRBO host was amazing. House was awesome had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely look to book this place again.

Great place, good location

This was a gorgeous house and exceeded the photos expectations. It is in the flight path of Long Beach Airport so was a little noisy but I’m from a more rural area of the US so was a little more jarring to me than would be for others. Great beds, easy instructions for our stay overall and for using the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Long So Cal Weekend

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home while we were in Long Beach for an athletic competition. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean, the furnishings were nice and the pool was wonderful! Thank you for a lovely time - we hope to back again someday!

Beautiful home

Check in was easy, house was probably better then pictures showed. And Gina was super responsive to questions I had. I visited with 3 teenagers and a toddler and we had plenty of room and really enjoyed the pool! If we are ever in the Long Beach area again we will def stay here! Thank you Gina!

Wonderful

This house is gorgeous, clean, and in a great area. We loved the pool and side yard for playing outside with the grandkids. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, and responded to messages quickly. We will be staying here every time we travel to Long Beach to visit family.

Had a very nice stay in Long Beach. House was beautiful and the pool was very nice. Host was quick to respond when needed. Had an issue with the washing machine, but the overall stay was great!

Beautiful getaway

Everything was great! Tons of accomodations including toys, pool floaties, beach toys, cooking utensils, shampoo, laundry soap. The only complaint was that the small playground outside was super dirty- my daughter was unable to use the slide because of multiple layers of dirt/grime. We couldn't use the washer and dryer because they were not working properly despite contacting the house cleaner to trouble shoot. The hot tub wasn't always hot but that was ok with us and our small kiddos. I would stay here again knowing the washer and dryer worked properly!

Perfect trip

A great location for all LA attractions. The house is fabulous and has everything you could need. Gina was a great host and very communicative. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Wonderful Property (with some minor niggles)

The property was as described and on the photographs, relatively recently refurbished to a high standard in an open plan style and with a great outdoor space. We loved the open plan kitchen living room concept and the pool and hot tub which we used daily. As noted the property is near the airport resulting in noise between 7am and 9pm but this didn't bother us at all. Parking is on the roadside but again no issue getting parked - you just have to obey the street cleaning signs. Communication from Gina the host was frequent and good. We are experienced holiday letters - staying in properties multiple times a year - including in the US. The only reason we did not rate the property 5 star was because there are a number of areas where some TLC is needed. For example we couldn't use the closets in the secondary bedrooms as they are full of what is assumed is the owners belongings - and had the same issue with the bedside drawers which had fixings etc in them. There is also an unpleasant smell in the living room - which we think is down to the rugs which either need removing or replacing. This took us lots of airing and candles to mask it. Finally minor issues with power sockets not working in the kitchen / master bathroom, the washer not working property, and that there were no teaspoons also distracted from what should be a 5 star property. Overall we would recommend but do think the issues need addressing for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 3. The home was clean and matched the pictures/description closely. The check out procedure was clear and resonable. The property manager was in frequent communication and very helpful.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented this house for our visit with family who lives in Long Beach. We all ended up meeting at our rental to enjoy the pool and wonderful kitchen/ family room area. It was a great get together spot.

Great Host and Great Property

The host, Gina, was wonderful and super communicative. My family enjoyed the property and the super comfortable living room. We also had a great time in the pool and spa. There is street parking but there was no issue. The master bedroom is located at the corner of the house by the intersection
there was only one loud car at night in my two night stay
NBD. It’s located near the airport but I didn’t hear any planes at night
only heard them during the day. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Two complaints: 1) there was toothpaste and hair in one of sinks in the master bathroom, and; 2) there was hair all over the master bed. We ended up removing the sheets and washing them.
