House was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had some problems getting the door code to work. Host responded quickly and just gave us a key. Nice quiet area. We would return.

Richmond stay

The property was clean and had everything we needed.Beds were very comfortable and the location was centrally located.Tv in every bedroom was nice .

Good: Host granted early check-in, we changed our plans, accordingly. Then host reneged on early check-in. Then Could not get in: "code was changed, vrbo didn't change it ". Lacked cutlery, lots of plastic, few forks. Only 4 mugs and bowls. Water pressure in prime bedroom bath painfully poor, spout falling off. Outside trash overflowing on arrival, no recycling. Host did send more trash bags. Single kitchen towel that was wet & stank. Some bath towels and bath mat bleach stained. "Water" below sink that smelled of rotten chicken. Glass tabletop not affixed to legs. Could use a guest notebook showing neighborhood, restaurants, house rules and attractions, public transport. House itself nice, neighborhood in transition, but well kept. Several nice restaurants in walking distance, as is a small but well stocked neighborhood grocery. Parking in back a plus. Despite all of this, we had a good time.

Perfect for our needs - met our expectations

The property was just as described and easily met our needs for a long weekend visit to Richmond. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We would book this location again on any return trip.

The property is very beautiful and well equipped with everything. We had a few questions/concerns. The owner was extremely responsive and provided solutions promptly, which was very helpful. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Really fantastic set up for families! Be prepared that there isn't a lot close by, but there are some cute coffee shops within a 10-15 minute walk. The street was quite quiet, even though there's a bus line. Would highly recommend

Great location, very pleasant home

We were in town for the marathon. The property is well located. It is close to a lot of good eats: sub rosa, cobra burger, union market. The property itself was very clean, and the open layout made for a very pleasant stay. The 5 of us all had plenty of room to spread out. The owner was also very communicative. Overall: highly recommend.

Excellent home in great location

We booked this house for a small golf trip to the Richmond area. The house was excellent and clean. The location was pretty good. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to two excellent breweries, and walking distance to some great restaurants. The owner was great about communication and highly responsive to questions and inquiries. I would not hesitate to book this place again!

Exactly what we needed in Richmond! Great amount of space. Sparkly clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and set up just right. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Location is great. Far enough away from noise but close enough to get the freeway or minutes drive for anything else.

Wonderful place to stay while in Richmond

We were here for a family wedding and we needed space for family to visit. This home is in a great walkable neighorhood with a lot of history, near to a historic park and wonderful restaurants. Adorable front porch (with friendly neighbors!). The owner was EXTREMELY responsive and sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The beds are comfortable. The place is clean. The open concept floor plan was great for hanging out with family. I highly recommend this location for any one looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Richmond.

Beautiful House Near Everything!

This property is gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and gave us many suggestions of places to explore as this was our first time to Richmond. It was a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. The location was ideal as it was close to everything. My only suggestion is that the living room could easily accommodate another loveseat. Overall, we recommend this lovely home!

OK, but could be better.

We were visiting family and needed a place for 5 adults. Location worked OK for us since they were only about 10 min away. We walked to a cute coffee shop and market, which was nice. Weather not great, so didn’t get to enjoy the park. Communication with owner was excellent. He was very responsive. The house is generally clean and bathrooms/beds fine. It does need a deep cleaning and paint refresh though, which I shared with him.
