This property is a prime location for viewing the TOTAL Eclipse in April 2024! The total eclipse of the sun is predicted to last more than 4 minutes in Morrilton, AR! This spacious ranch style home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s only 5 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants , etc. Grill some dinner on the back patio while enjoying the Mountain View or take the 20 minute drive to beautiful Petit Jean Mountain State Park. April will be the perfect time to enjoy the Natural State and all the outdoor activities that the Arkansas River Valley has to offer. View the eclipse from the privacy of your backyard or go on into town and enjoy the eclipse festivities with other travelers and the locals!
