Cette maison extraordinaire avec une vue panoramique sur Petit Jean Mountain vous enlève le souffle! Cette maison de front nord avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière Arkansas et les vallées ci-dessous peut être à vous pour une semaine ou un week-end. C'est une maison unique en son genre avec ses plafonds voûtés et ses 2 espaces de vie séparés. Le porche du soleil est à température contrôlée. Vous avez l'impression d'être à l'extérieur du confort de votre maison. Profitez des scènes de détente du lever du soleil et de la vie sauvage depuis votre point de vue des 1000 pieds, peu importe la saison ou la météo. Situé sur un hectare et demi et à seulement quelques minutes du premier parc d'État de l'Arkansas, le Petit Jean, du musée de l'automobile, du Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, de cascades et d'un aéroport. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous pour deux tout en admirant la vue spectaculaire depuis le bain principal.

La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La chambre principale a 1 lit King avec un bain à remous dans la salle de bain principale; 2 chambres avec lits queen size; 1 canapé-lit Queen dans la grande salle et un canapé-lit Queen dans la salle de soleil.

La location comprend également un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un grille-pain, une mijoteuse, la cuisinière Jen-Air et de nombreuses casseroles, poêles et batterie de cuisine pour préparer vos plats préférés à la maison. Télévision parabolique et lecteur DVD, disponible ainsi qu'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Beaucoup de livres à lire, des films et des jeux disponibles pour le temps passé à l'intérieur.

Absolutely amazing view at such a cozy location! Our two kiddos loved the place as much as we did. The place was very clean and we were able to find everything we needed easily. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The master bathtub was such a treat after a long day of hiking to help with sore muscles. Sheila and John were amazing at answering any questions we had before check-in. Wonderful place. Thank you again for sharing it with us!

In 2017 we purchased the Edge House from the Edgertons and we wanted to continue sharing the remarkable experiences of Petit Jean Mountain from the beautiful Edge House with other families.

With the open design of the home, the view of the Arkansas River and Valley washes in surrounding your time spent inside. You can take in this unforgettable view and all its changes from day into night and season to season, from the climate controlled comfort of the sun room all while enjoying a cup of hot coffee! Then, venture outside for the many viewing and hiking opportunities that await you there.

Being an Arkansas resident we love to spend time hiking the trails and exploring Petit Jean Mountain State Park, dining at Mather Lodge and I love to photograph the stunning views all around the park.

The hike to Cedar Falls is one of my favorites. At the end of the trail you can sit close enough to be cooled by the mist of the falls before starting your hike out or you can make your way under the falls and get a far different perspective. Seasonal changes offers a varied viewing opportunity on the Cedar Falls trail, colors change, plant and flowers are different, water levels change. Every season has its own beauty.

Loving the outdoors like we do, it is easy to get away from everything and enjoy the beauty that abounds in and around the Edge House.

The house is beautiful and comfortable on the inside. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking essentials and all necessary serving items, so that you may enjoy meals in if you decide. There is a gas grill for cooking out and enjoying nature. A fire pit is also available to enjoy on cool nights sitting by fireside. Wifi is available, Direct TV, reading material, and some games if you like cards or board games.

We will work hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and help you to enjoy the legandary beauty surrounding the Edge House, high atop Petit Jean Mountain.

The original builders thought of everything in the design of this home - like being able to see the view through the entire house, from the entrance to the sunroom. With windows on all sides of the sunroom, you can truly relax and renew 365 days a year in this gorgeous space. It is meant to be comfortable and private whether for your family, a girls getaway, a sweetheart weekend or honeymoon, this is the home for you.

The million dollar view can be seen from most any room in the house - even while you enjoy your Jacuzzi bath for two. We love being able to climb out on our large boulders in the back and have some quiet moments in nature.
