This one-of-a-kind property boasts a million-dollar view from the crow's nest located on the 4th floor overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan, and the beauty of the Sister Bay Village. 303 is a spacious dwelling with 2250 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and 3 patios. A hidden door leads to the crow's nest of the property. The bar in the crow's nest is a custom-made Chris-Craft boat transom and presents a view that will leave you speechless. It is well supplied for all your relaxing and sipping needs. The bar exits to a private patio located on the 4th floor that gives views of Sister Bay and the local activities. The property was photographed by one of Door County originals, Luke Collins. The property offers high-end amenities including Thermador appliances, Viking Cookware, Wolf Small Kitchen Appliances, Trowbridge artwork, Kate Spade towels/beach towels, Hermes, Chanel, Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton decor and Pine Cone Hill bedding. These are a few of the many luxury offerings that will wow your senses. The furnishings in Green on Three were customized personally to fabric, color, texture and elegance to spoil you during your entire stay. The custom lighting offers an ambiance unlike any other, it's the jewelry of the property. During evening hours when walking back from the village you will have a direct view of the property and be in awe of the crow's nest located on the 4th floor.

Green on 3 will comfortably accommodate 9-10 guests with ease. We recommend the top bunk be used for 2 small children or one adult only. An extra roll away bed is available allowing the unit to sleep 10. All bedrooms are equipped with the luxury August Haven mattress series. The spacious bedrooms feature Pine Cone Hill bedding, soft luxury sheets, custom bed runners and custom decorative pillows radiating rich textures and vibrant colors. The design layout was professionally planned by Design A La Mode and August Haven with furnishings custom made to make you feel pampered and truly on a luxury vacation.

All 4 bedrooms and the living room have new Samsung smart TV's. The soaring custom brick gas fireplace makes a bold statement in decor. The two master bedrooms include a king size bed and have panoramic views of Sister Bay and their own private door to their patio. Both master bedrooms feature a large closet, full size dressers & 2 nightstands for your comfort and are enhanced by trendy ceiling fixtures. The 3rd guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a spacious closet accompanied by a beautifully crafted marble desk to help expedite any work that gets in the way of your vacation. The fourth and final bedroom features a bunk with a Twin XL bed over a queen and full walk-in closet. A rollaway bed is also available. This room will be the kid's favorite with its whimsical feel and kid friendly games.

Three full bathrooms with his and her sinks will help you feel fresh and awake for your Door County adventures. Showers are beautifully detailed with decorative tile, tile flooring and Kohler amenities to awaken your senses. Plush hotel style towels and shower rugs are provided along with soaps, shampoos, make up remover towelettes, and quick drying hair dryers. All these details to make your stay carefree. We offer a washer and dryer including detergent for those of you that have laundry needs.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and prepared. The appliances are all from Thermador along with a built-in beverage cooler. The waterfall island has Cambria Quartz enhanced by wood accents and custom tile seen throughout the kitchen. Island seats three comfortably. The signature glass dining room table can accommodate 8 guests with the pull up bench. The crystal chandelier over the dining room table will give you an ambiance like no other.

No worries for parking which can be hard to come by in some Sister Bay locations. We offer a private, keypad entry single stall garage with a level 2 Emporia EV charger. This is 48 A with a J1772 adapter (ultimately your EV will determine the charge acceptance rate). Tesla owners will need the J1772 adapter that comes standard with Tesla purchase. There is an additional 240 V outlet on the south side of the garage building if needed. Unit also offers one reserved parking space.

This property is fully stocked with everything you will need. We have you covered from the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities, washer/dryer, convenient parking, private electric car charger, elevator access, daily personal conveniences, elevator, beach activities and rainy-day activities. Beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor games, picnic basket and accessories, toys and a large wagon are available for your convenience. Your day at the beach will be filled with fun and sun. Rainy day...no problem! Board games, children’s toys and movie streaming are available. Our goal is to make your stay at the Green on 3 effortless.

This building and unit were completed in November of 2022. This property is a 3rd floor end unit with one side which overlooks the 1st building which was completed summer of 2021. The building has 3 floors with both stairwell and elevator access. Occasionally you may hear faint walking or sliding of the patio door of the adjacent property over bedroom number 2. Owners/hosts own a 2nd rental property in the adjacent building which requires cleaning, prepping or maintenance for arriving/departing guests.

As this is a like new offering furnished with high end, custom furniture WE WILL NOT ALLOW PETS at this time. A member of our cleaning staff has a severe pet dander allergy as do many guests. We appreciate strict adherence to this policy. **PLEASE SEE HOUSE RULES**

No smoking or vaping is allowed either. We have a damage deposit that is not charged to your credit card unless a claim is filed due to damage, theft or violation of house rules. We would like to keep this property beautiful for all to enjoy and utilize the furnishings. The renter is also responsible for any illegal activity or content of internet use. The Condo Association is NOT allowing grilling for renters at this time. Green on 3 will comfortably host its maximum of 9-10 occupants. Please see house rules regarding additional fees for any additional occupants/unregistered guests. No unregistered guests are allowed on property. Check in is at 4 pm. Check out is at 10:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate requests for different times if possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Thursday through Sunday & an occasional Monday during prime season live music can be heard from the unit. Holidays may affect times/days bands may play. Occasionally bands may play after the village quiet hours. Sister Bay Marina quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am, Sister Bay quiet hours 10pm-10 am. Sister Bay Village does not allow overnight parking for RV’s, boats etc. per the city ordinance. Please see Village ordinances for other rules and regulations. Our parking lot cannot accommodate these types of vehicles either. Golf carts are prohibited in the Village of Sister Bay. The Village of Sister Bay notifies all neighbors within 300 feet of property of owner's contact/house rules. Our building has 9 units. Neighbors are advised to call owners/host with any house rule violations. For guests with mobility issues, unit is located on a bluff. Incline walking or driving to downtown maybe required. We have standard doorways. Doorway to Crow's nest is slightly narrower than a standard doorway. Elevator is available.

Guests that request to book must be verified through VRBO and explain intent of visit.

Exquisite Penthouse with Exceptional Hospitality
As a professional host myself, I am not easy to please.... and this property checks all the boxes to absolute perfection. Renee has not only done an exquisite job with her decor but her special touches were warmly appreciated by our family. This home is for those who would like to stay in a 5 star property and are familiar and willing to care for it as such. You'll never want to leave - the views, the comfortable beds & luxury appointments all create a memorable experience. We will be back next summer!

Spectacular Property
We had such a wonderful time in Sister Bay. The condo was everything promised and much more. It is immaculate and beautiful with a view that is awesome. The hosts were extremely generous with their time and responsiveness and left some wonderful treats. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do in the area and even followed up with more options with their favorite restaurants. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We are looking forward to a return visit for sure! Thank you!

Everything you want and more
This condo exceeded our expectations. The view alone is worth it. The place had everything you could want and more. We’ve stayed at higher end rentals but this one made the others look subpar. It was beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with essentials, comfortable and it a great location. And above all the host was very responsive and made everything with check in and checking out easy. We will be back!

Door County Sisters & Nieces Trip
We were completely satisfied with this wonderful property. It is simply beautiful, very clean and very well stocked with everything we could imagine using during our stay. The communication with hosts was great. It sounds like a small thing but there is an overwhelming number of heavy throw pillows on the beds which we were told to store on the luggage racks in the closets and then the closets were filled and not usable. The keyless entry worked for opening the door to the unit but was glitchy for locking the door so we used the regular key to lock the door until we were departing and then after being unable to lock the door we received assistance from an individual cleaning an adjacent unit who showed us how to jiggle the lock to to secure the door. This should be looked at. We would definitely return to this property and have already recommended it to friends.
