Welcome to my stunning home in Los Angeles!

Step inside and be greeted by a thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished living space. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, providing a perfect space for relaxation and socializing. Sink into the comfortable sofas, enjoy the natural light streaming through the large windows, or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check-out.

Great House to Rent in LA

Stayed in this residence for a quick stay in LA at the end of June. I would recommend this house to anyone, extremely clean, well stocked (towels, Keurig coffee etc) and in a great location. Will stay again next time I am in LA.

LA Weekend Visit

This townhome features attractive decor and furnishings as well as a spacious floor plan that is hard to find in LA. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to many of our destinations. Leon was also an excellent communicator and host.

Weekend stay

We had 8 people, appreciated having not just number of beds but 3 full baths. Apartment was clean, plenty of space. Parking was a little tight but manageable, and better than finding on the street. Our host was easy to communicate with, and check-in/check-out was simple.

Clean and perfect

I stayed here with my husband, my best friend, and her 14 year old daughter and used it as a base camp for attending USC graduation. We were expecting a couple others to join us but they couldn’t make the trip. This place is clean and well designed to maximize space and comfort. Beds were comfy. More than enough bathrooms. Convenient location. We felt safe walking about 12 mins to Ralph’s (large grocery store). Parking lot/driveway is shared with other guests on the same lot. You’ll have an assigned space. We never had any issues parking but it does seem like it could get tight if the lot was full. My friend easily parked on the street right in front and there were tons of other street parking openings within a block. I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend! 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, living room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room on second floor, and 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on third floor

Bad experience

We arrived to find one room uninhabitable because of a screeching AC unit, even when turned off. They fixed it the next day but one less bed when you have 7 people staying in a four bedroom house does not work. The management company said they would ,“get with their finance team” to make things right and we were in disbelief when they gave us a $22.85 discount. Yes, you heard me right. 1/4 of the beds was unusable and they refunded us $22.85 out of a $500 plus per night rate. The day were got there, we also checked our beds, as we always do, to make sure the sheets were clean. One of the 4 beds did not have clean sheets. We took pictures of the hairs, etc for the management company, along with the hairs all over the bathroom floor and sinks (in all the bathrooms.) Nothing was done about that other than to thank us for cleaning our own sheets and putting them back on the bed. This is despite the listing stating: "We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding..." We stayed Wednesday - Sunday. The first two nights were quiet (except for the air conditioning unit) but on Friday night the condos next door threw a party until 2:00 a.m. and Saturday night the next door neighbor who splits the townhome had the music blaring until 4:00 a.m. It felt like we were inside a vehicle with the bass turned up as it reverberated throughout the apartment. We’ve heard of bad stories on VRBO
 but this was the first time we’ve experienced it.

We really enjoyed our stay on this very quiet neighborhood. The house is filled with amenities and is more than enough space for a family of four.
