We had a great stay! The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and explore. The layout of the house worked really well for our group, and the yard was beautiful—such a nice bonus.The home could use a few updates, but it didn’t take away from our experience since we were out and about most of the time. We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy.

I recently stayed at this Encino home that exceeded my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, which was a relief as I was recovering from surgery. It’s located in a charming neighborhood that added to the overall pleasantness of my stay. The backyard was a peaceful haven, perfect for relaxation during my recovery. Great quiet home close to studios

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!
