Took a girl's trip with my bookclub besties and had an amazing time at Naples North! We went in late April, cold, but so fun! The amenities of the home are fantastic! Multiple outdoor fire pits, hot tub, screened porch, beach access, and a beautiful serene wooded setting make for a very relaxing stay. The property manager was great! We had a few questions, he answered promptly and even came out to help us with something. Highly recommend Naples a North!

2025 Family Getaway

Our family of 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren had a great stay. Plenty of room for all, and plenty of activities for each age group.

Naples North Stay

Beautiful property! Quiet, isolated, and plenty of room to spread out. The property was close to town, so it was an easy drive to enjoy all of Saugatuck. We enjoyed our stay!

house is set off the road and beautifully sits amongst the trees the beach is 85 steps down from the road but has a deck with lounge chairs and a fire pit with chairs / awesome at sunset. house was well equipped for you and your family to stay this is a " can we do this again " property

Beautiful Weekend

Had the most fun for a weekend golf trip with some friends. Enjoyed the lovely fireplace and had an amazing grill session for lunch. It was everything as advertised and more!

Spacious Retreat

We had a guys weekend getaway for 12 people at Naples North and came back impressed and refreshed. Plenty of common area space for us all to be together and even more activities (pool, ping-pong, Ms. Pacman, fire pit etc.) to keep the busy bodies happy. Would recommend for families or a group.

Family Gathering

The house was absolutely beautiful, roomy yet cozy. The host provided toys for the toddlers, very thoughtful. We enjoyed the outdoor space & beautiful landscape. The folks in the area were very friendly, everyone waves to each other. Would definitely rent this one again.

My 3 brothers, their wives, my wife and I stayed for 3 days. The house was excellent and the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, place settings, kitchen tools, and flatware. Our only issue was our search was for a minimum of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There was only 3 1/2 bathrooms. For a full bathroom, a shower and or bathtub is required.

Nice Place, but deck and lake unusable from property

Nice place, but you have no access to lake. Also, be sure to read the house rules, because we were charged extra for not stripping the sheets on 2 of the 12 beds in the house.

You were charged extra due to leaving the cottage a mess, which we sent pictures to you. You also left the windows open and the AC down to 67 degrees. Many bugs entered the house due to this. The cottage is advertised as not having lake access so that should not have been any surprise to you. We would not allow you or your group to stay at our cottages again. Thank you Quaint Cottages.

North Naples get-a-way

The photos of the home and property do not do it justice. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place. We enjoyed the large living spaces that were tastefully decorated yet comfortable and gently worn. The home has lots of room inside and we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen that was well appointed with pots, pans, serving pieces and misc. cooking utensils. We enjoyed the large island while cooking and also sitting around the dining tables located inside and out. There was a screened in porch off the kitchen that was nice to sit out on and talk after the kids were in bed. The sand volleyball was a hit, as well as the fire pit where we roasted marshmallows as a family. We also enjoyed the hot-tub behind the house. The location of this property was perfect with easy access to parks, beach and nearby Saugatauck. The amenities of the home were great and we truly wished we could have stayed a few days longer. The only suggestions we have are for the master bathroom exhaust fan to be replaced (The current one was extremely loud) and updating the photo on the website listing to reflect the changes made in the basement bedroom (we were expecting bunk beds). These are minor suggestions and yes, we'd definitely go back. We have fond memories of a special family time together place. Thank you!

This property was the perfect place for our family to visit for a week. My wife and I have 4 kids (18,16,14,9) and we stayed here with my wife's sister and her 3 kids (18,16,16), as well as a my wife's mother. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and visit. There were games for the kids to play together (pool, shuffle board, darts, volleyball, etc.). Everyone had a great time here.
