This is a "unicorn" vacation home for our family. It has everything we need and is remembered with much fondness between visits.Well stocked kitchen, lovely backyard, ample outdoor seating, outdoor play equipment, beach toys, etc. It is welcoming, not fussy!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this home or Jeff, the host. The house is stunning - beautiful & cozy inside and an absolutely amazing view of the lake and beautiful yard outside. The pictures don’t do this place justice!Jeff was an amazing host as well. I was looking for a place to host a party for a 50th vow renewal for my parents and Jeff was gracious enough to open his house up to our event. He even let me come and walk the property a month before the event so that I could figure out my logistics and party setup. This was a 100/10 experience, and I highly recommend for anyone spending time in the Southwestern Michigan area any time soon!

The outdoor property facing Lake Michigan could not be any better for our large family gathering. The kids enjoyed all the activities in the backyard as well as down on the private beach. The views from anywhere on the large decks or yard or near the end of the property were just perfect for viewing the sunsets. The check-in and checkout process were very smooth, and the host was responsive for any of our questions.

Our stay was incredible! The house and views are beautiful. We had a small wedding ceremony and reception here and it was absolutely perfect. Jeff was great to work with and answered all our questions prior to our stay and wedding. We will definitely stay here in future years to come!

An incredible location! We had our wedding here and the host was incredibly hospitable in helping us figure out details and seeing the place before our reservation for setup planning! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful Property

This rustic house was the perfect venue for our family's summer vacation. The backyard is insane! The private beach was the highlight. The young grandkids loved the frog pond, making visits mutltiple times each day. Wish we could be there all summer long.

Great spot!

Lots of fun with the paddle boards and kayaks on the water, bocce, corn hole, and badminton in the yard, and the most beautiful sunsets every night! We all had a fabulous week!

Absolutely stunning place

Stayed here with some friends and was absolutely beautiful. The pics don’t do it justice. The house is warm and inviting. The outdoor space was amazing and the views from the lakefront are unmatched. Host was very communicative and helpful. 10/10 would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Beautiful location, amazing views and very private. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the lake. The outdoor areas were the highlight for us as we were either down on the lake, sitting by the shore or out on the deck grilling or chilling. Easy to get to Saugatuck and/or South Haven, but the local stores and sites were more than enough for us. Jeff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating - great owner! If you want to experience Lake Michigan you'll struggle to find a better way than this.

Six of us decided to get together after several years - we could not have picked a better place. There were so many gathering areas (indoor and out) where we could just sit and talk or just relax and enjoy the view - and the views of Lake Michigan were great. The house was perfect for us. We hope to return some day.

An absolutely incredible experience!!! So many options for gathering inside and out. Kitchen perfect for group of 8 cooking together. Well stocked, beautiful view and beach walks.Very comfortable. Owner’s wonderful. This was our second year here.
