*****For Winter stays, we recommend a maximum of 10 guests. The lower level relies on a wood-burning fireplace for heat. Guests who are comfortable maintaining the fireplace overnight may still use the downstairs sleeping area.*****

Guest access
Guests are limited to the land that we own and public property. We provide maps clearly marking our property lines in the Welcome Book. The cabins located to the left of the private road are not affiliated with The Honeybee Cabin and guests are not permitted on their private land/road. The closet in the bunk bed room and several cabinets are locked for supplies and not available to guests. In the game room, the large tool chest and the cabinets above the bar are locked and off limits to guests. The furnace room and the closets in the downstairs living area are blocked by furniture and also not accessible to guests. We also request guests stay off of the stone steps to the left of the house as they are not in good repair.

Other things to note
Please note that some amenities are seasonal and not available year round. We cannot guarantee that the weather or the river’s water levels will be ideal for your stay, as both vary frequently and can be unpredictable - even daily!

We allow up to three pets and all must be pre-registered. There is a modest pet fee. Guests will incur a fee for any pet waste left behind.

The Honeybee Cabin is not a party or event venue. This includes weddings. We don’t allow camping or RVs to increase occupancy. The first 4 guests are included in the base rate. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. Daily visitors must be approved by hosts.

THC embraces a 420-friendly policy, allowing respectful outdoor-only smoking in accordance with state laws. Guests will incur an additional cleaning fee for any smoking stubs not properly disposed of.
