Great property

This property had everything a family needed for a wonderful stay. The villa and surrounding property is beautiful with super easy access to all the pools and beach. Can’t wait to come again.

Such a wonderful place for my family to stay. Loved having 3 bathrooms and all the beds were so comfortable! Cannot go wrong by staying here. No complaints only positives!!

We have stayed here a few times now and we have never been disappointed. It's a lovely property. This is our first time staying in the Villa. We loved the space. One thing I wished was that they have maid service such as in the towers but otherwise it was great.

Luxury Vacation

Our Villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. Property manager communicated with us during our stay made us feel welcome. Everyone enjoyed their stay . We would definitely recommend Villa Luana 1A. If we could give more stars we would.

Great location, very comfortable

Second time we've stayed here, and we love the proximity to the 4 pools and the beach. Everything is very comfortable and clean. Loved being out in the lanai. Great kitchen, parking and access is easy. Only negative is that the wifi is weak outside

Great For Families

My family and I had a great stay at this villa. Proximity to all the resorts amenities was great as it was all within 2 minutes. Best located Villa in the complex by far. Also appreciated the kids beach toys and wagon to tow everything around. Looking forward to the next time !

Perfect for Family

We had the most wonderful stay. This property was as advertised and more! It's in the most perfect location on the property (easy walk to beach, pools, lobby coffee...), it's also equipped with everything you could need (boogie boards, carts, beach chairs...). The rooms are so clean and nice and give nice privacy. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Exceeded expectations!

Property was exactly as it appeared on the website. The property is located in a great place on the resort property. It is close to the ocean and pool. We enjoyed eating on the patio and cooking out. I would definitely come back and stay in the same villa!

Very Relaxing

This mini-vacation was very relaxing and worry free. The unit was very clean and all interaction with the check-in, check-out and staff around the property were safe and interaction was kept to a minimum. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and overall everything felt comfortable. Had a really great time with the family.

Retreat

We rented this property as a work retreat. Awesome location. Convenient ground level access to pool area. Spacious living room, kitchen, and patio area. Everyone was able to gather together in living area, yet have their own space in separate rooms. We loved that there was a grill on the patio.

This was a trip booked for 2 families of all ages. The condo was absolutely the best! You have spoiled me for any future vacation because I can’t say anything remotely negative about this condo. Absolutely immaculate, spacious and decorated perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities and location to the beach and pool were perfect. This was a TRUE vacation. Thank you!

What and AMAZING Experience

My family of 6 recently stayed at this amazing property in Maui and every aspect of our stay was fantastic! The villa came extremely well equipped, with toys for the kids, a fantastic kitchen and outside BBQ and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We loved the proximity to both the private Villa pools and the hotel pools and other amenities. Communications with the property manager were always fast and pleasant, she was super helpful! We have stayed all over Maui and this is our new favorite place.

The perfect Villa

This place was great!! Very well stocked with cooking supplies and was perfectly clean when we arrived. It was such a convenience that each room has its own bathroom. The layout of this villa is well thought out. Being able to use all the resort pools and amenities was so fun for our kids and it is a short walk to the beach. The property management team is on their game and did a great job communicating and organizing the villa. We were all so sad to leave and want to come back again. I would recommend this place a million times over.

We had cockroaches in our unit and horrible ventilation in the master bedroom/bathroom causing it to be humid and musty in the rooms. The property manager did send someone to spray one of the rooms after I sent a picture of the cockroach but we found another one the next day in a different room. The view is beautiful and the layout is great but unfortunately we would not stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved this condo! As a family of four with kids 2 & 6 and their grandparents we all loved this space and it was perfect for us. Close to the main resort pools and the beach, the coffee shop / market, and the big grass lawn for the kids to run around on. The wagon and pool/beach toys were super clutch for the kids. Perfect outdoor space to eat dinner every night and relax. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely book again!The owner was also excellent, there was an issue with the washer due to the renters before us and she was very quick about getting it replaced so that we could have use of it during our stay. Super nice and on top of her game.
