Luana Garden Villa 6D is a unique family friendly, ocean front luxury villa on Maui. Special Spring Break Rates are being offered on this Villa that is located in the center of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa between the two resort towers. It is just 330 steps from Ka'anapali Beach. Very attractive rates are offered for this owner managed Luxury Villa. This contemporary villa has been continuously upgraded with new Amenities. In 2025, on-wall 55" smart TV's were added to the Master Suites. along with a new 3 Zone Central Air Conditioning System, Refrigerator, and Dishwasher.
The "on-island" co-host personally inspects the Villa before each stay to ensure the Villa is in immaculate condition for your stay.
The Villa's premium Resort location allows you to relax in privacy on the 500 sq. ft., west facing lanai. You can feel the Pacific breeze while you watch the sun setting over the ocean. The elevated lanai provides a unique calming sense of privacy. Two sets of private stairs from the lanai (balcony) and the front door allow easy access to the enclave’s pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, Coyote Grill, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, access to pools, hot tubs, and a private garage. All of the Honua Kai Resort's amenities are available to you.
Guests and family will enjoy all 2000+ sq. ft. of the luxurious interior living space. You will enjoy premium appliances, fixtures, the fully furnished living areas, with everything you need for the perfect Maui Beach vacation. Notable villa features include an inviting kitchen area with Bosch, and Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needed kitchen items for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. You will find a large assortment of cooking utensils and preparation items for family meals.
Sliding floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open to reveal a spacious 500+ sq. ft. elevated lanai area with plenty of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has a partial ocean view and an outdoor kitchen complete with its own Coyote BBQ grill, sink and refrigerator. A spacious laundry room features a full-size washer, vented dryer, and sink.
The Three bedrooms offer family friendly luxury with three king beds, one in each bedroom. There are two master suites, each with a private lanai and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The king bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two XL twin beds. The third bedroom accesses a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa allowing sleeping accommodations for 8.
This Villa features a private driving entrance and two parking spaces. One space in the garage and one space in front of the garage. There are also additional common parking spaces located on the side of the garage. Inside the garage you will find beach chairs and an ice cooler. This is a very family friendly Villa with infant and toddler items such as step stools, service items, booster seats, “Pak n Play” are on-site.

Duke's Beach House Maui Restaurant is located on the Honua Kai Resort and Spa grounds and just steps from Luana Garden Villa 6D. More dining choices are close by including a Food Truck Park and many local restaurants ranging from pancakes to fine dining.
