I cannot say enough good things about this property or the host. We spent three nights here with 10 people (2 families) and loved every minute of it.The home is just as advertised. The pictures are accurate and we took advantage of all that was offered: we cooked in the kitchen, utilized the BBQ for steaks, swam in the pool, sat in the spa and spent hours in the game room.We had a lot of people but didn't feel cramped at all. The views are spectacular and the home is a short drive to any Sedona attraction or shop/restaurant.The host was very responsive to questions and communication was easy and always a rapid response. We would definitely stay here again.There was plenty

The villa we stayed in was absolutely incredible. The views were breathtaking, and everything inside the house looked exactly like the photos — even better in real life. It was comfortable, spotless, and you can truly feel how much care the owners put into this place. This is a high-level home. Everything worked perfectly, no surprises, no issues at all. The host was kind and welcoming. I'm giving it 5 out of 5 — truly well-deserved. I highly, sincerely recommend staying in this villa.

This property was fantastic! Clean, beautiful, well maintained and with comfortable spacious rooms. We felt the views were the best in Sedona. The pool was a great swim for our family. Our manager was always prompt and friendly to answer any question. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Even Better Than the Photos. Hot Air Balloons and Starry Nights.

Met all expectations. What you see in the photos is even more impressive in person. You stay at this property for the views, and they do not disappoint. Two of the three morning we saw hot air balloons between the mesas. It was wonderful to sit in the spa and just admire your surroundings. Super quiet in the neighborhood. The back of the home is perfectly elevated above the trees and neighboring houses for almost unobstructed views. More than enough space for the seven of us. Comfortable furniture indoors and out. Loved sitting by the fire and enjoying the night sky. The residence is perfectly situated just outside of town and in walking distance of a nice bakery and pizza shop.

Our stay at this Sedona home was truly magical. We celebrated our vow ceremony here with close family, and the house perfectly accommodated our multigenerational group. Every detail was thoughtful—from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen and the amazing steam shower. Having two washers and dryers on both sides of the house was so convenient. The views from the master suite were breathtaking, waking up to Sedona's red rocks felt like a dream. Evenings in the hot tub under the stars and mornings watching hot air balloons drift across the sky were unforgettable moments. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Our only tip is to request pool heating 24 hours in advance. This home is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and awe-inspiring beauty—a 10/10 experience we'll cherish forever.

Great Base for Exploring Sedona

Beautiful house and an excellent location for exploring Sedona. Family made great use of the pool and hot tub. Loved the speakers throughout the house, master bath sauna/shower, and of course the breathtaking views. It was very easy to feel at home in this well appointed home. The kids didn’t want to leave, and it made our first trip to Arizona a memorable one!

This place was unbelievable. I was reluctant at first as I've had experienced at vacation rentals in the past, but not here. Responsive host, views are incredible. Truly lives up to the hype. Exceptional is not an overstatement. Thank you for making our stay awesome.

Amazing property. Minor issue, outstanding response. Did not think my text in the evening would be dealt with till the following morning. A "technician" came by and everything resolved within 20 minutes. Above and beyond response.
