We appreciated the amenities and being so centrally located. Having the kitchenette with the stove came in clutch for saving money and accommodating food allergies. There is a pool and basketball hoops and tennis court. The fire pit is great, and the outdoor seating is plentiful. Corporate needs to strip the hotel of all the molded walls and carpet and give the staff odor control that isn’t old lady perfume. The smell of mildew and mold is overwhelming in the main building. The larger rooms in the other building had significantly less mold and mildew. I would avoid this place if you have any respiratory issues.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff did nothing to stop noisy guest after quite hours. When we call the front desk at 1,2 and 3 in the morning to complain no one answered. They do nothing to stop people from smoking in the hotel. Then they tried to covered it up. The smell was so strong it made you ill.

Location was good, easy walking to downtown, restaurants, etc. Check in was easy, staff were very pleasant.There were washers/dryers on site and staff provided us with laundry detergent which was very kind.My only issue was the occurrence of a loud, high pitched sound emanating from the freezer part of the refrigerator. Unfortunately, it occurred several times during the night, waking us from sound sleep several times. Maintenance was able to help by replacing a part in the freezer but, unfortunately it didn't completely eliminate the sound.

Easy to get around from this location, the staff were helpful and kind. The rooms may be problematic for taller/larger people, the bathroom layout specifically.

Great location! 2 blocks from National World War II museum & just a short drive to the garden district. Our rooms for spotless, plenty of towels, great breakfast everyday! Friendly staff, always helpful.

The property is modern, neat, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a ten-minute walk to the Convention Center and to the Riverwalk Outlets. I enjoyed the pool area with family and friends. The breakfast was tasty as well.

Air conditioning

The air conditioning was a blast of cool air (literally pretty forceful) then nothing, then a blast of cool air. When sleeping - sheet only when the ac was “off” and blanket on when the blast came across the bed. Got ti be a bit tiring throwing cover off, seeking blanket when it can on.
