The Neighborhood:

Not only is Colonia Emiliano Zapata one of Puerto Vallarta’s most popular neighborhoods, it is ideal for exploring by foot.

The fairly recent construction of the Rio Cuale pedestrian bridge, along with the expansion of the Malecon south of it, grants east access to Emiliano Zapata along the beach. Further inland, it can be reached along its main southbound and northbound roads. Not to mention three suspended a pedestrian bridges that connect it to Isla Rio Cuale.



Other Things to Note:

This property is not pet friendly. The unit is located on the 4th floor.  If you have mobility issues this might not be the ideal property for you. The building does not have an elevator. 

Also, the laundry facility is 1/2 block down the street.



Maid service is available on request for an additional fee.  Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.
