Pros: as represented: large, clean, and secure. Great water pressure and temperature in large well-lit bathrooms. Excellent climate control and lighting with multiple AC and USB outlets. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful little-used pool and hot tub.Cons: Noise. Construction. Broken elevator. Missing amenities.The primary noise problem is out of the owner's control: four dogs in adjacent buildings whose owners are either deaf, insensate, or malicious. The barking was in bass, baritone, tenor, and soprano, and was incessant day and night. It penetrated the walls and windows and made it necessary to sleep in the inner, smaller, windowless bedroom. Which raises another issue: the blinds in the windowed bedroom are essentially see-through and do not block light at night. See pic. The second noise problem arises from the ongoing construction of a large building approximately six inches away from the condominium building. Pneumatic, electric, and manual hammering, pounding, sawing, and grinding M-F and Saturday morning. Given the current state of construction, it appears that it will continue for years. Speaking of construction, one reason the pool is little-used is that it is ground-level and the construction of several large buildings around this condo has limited the sun to illuminating a small section of the pool and deck from 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. every day.
