Our stay at the Villa was amazing. The house is over the top as far as amenities and the staff (Emily, Luis and Manuel) were fantastic. They prepared a meal for us which was delicious. The Villa is conveniently located to anything and everything. Do yourself a favor and book sooner than later. Alessandra was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The property was gorgeous, with a great pool and view of the ocean. The property also has direct beach access, which was amazing. We traveled with a group of 14, including 6 children, and Alessandra, the concierge, made us feel well taken care of at every step of our booking and stay. Additionally, I cannot over-recommend including chef services in your booking. Chef Emilia fed us meals from scratch 3 times a day, and the quality was fantastic! Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend this booking for a group; it was so nice to have common space to gather and a level of relaxation that wouldn’t be available at a hotel.

SIX STARS! Villa Bianca is everything mentioned in the listing, and more. Our party consisted of two grandparents, 8 parents and 5 children, ages 2-11. We had a great time, and didn't do much except hang out. Some things to emphasize:- The pool, has a lap section, a middle-depth section, and a large area that's only a foot or so deep. Great for little kids. There is a jacuzzi also!- The beach, accessible directly from the villa, is delightful also for kids. - The household staff provides hotel-quality (or better!) daily service. Everything was clean and orderly.- We elected to do most of our own cooking, but the two meals the staff made for us were outstanding -- try their chicken mole. There's a COSTCO in town, easily accessible via Uber if you're inclined to do your own cooking. Nice big kitchen with a Viking professional gas range.- The bedrooms are large and elegant. One downstairs, the others up one flight. - Alessandra, the concierge, is a gem, and can arrange excursions and airport transport with the villa's own van. She's also very helpful pre-visit via email to help you plan.- Yes, the exercise room really looks like the photos. Run on the treadmill and watch the pelicans soar over the yard and pool.- Wait till you see the walk-in closet in the master bedroom :-).Highly recommended!

Dream Vacation Rental

I rented this beautiful home for a Thanksgiving family reunion for a full week. We were at full capacity, The home was amazing with gorgeous views. It was a dream home with a spectacular view of the ocean. The property manager, Alessandra, was the BEST! She was always very attentive and thought of things before I could even think of them. She helped coordinate transportation and made sure the fridge was stocked before we arrived. We used the services of the staff. The lady who cooked for us everyday cooked delicious meals at super reasonable rates. Everyone used the gym and the paddle boards…there’s also a room with a ping pong table, pool table and a card table. The house is right on the ocean so you just walk down the steps at the back of the backyard, next to the pool and you’re on a great spot at the beach. It’s truly the best house. We didn’t even leave the house it was so amazing. I would give it a million stars! We just left and we miss it already.

Best private luxury villa you will find!

My family of 10 just left from being there 5 days and wish we could have stayed. It was absolutely amazing, like a dream come true! The villa has every luxury, an amazing view to the ocean from the second you walk in, and privacy that is unmatched. Not to mention the 24/7 security that made you feel safe. Alessandra went above and beyond to accommodate us and meet our every need from days before we left our house so it was stocked with the food we wanted to the moment we walked out of the villa. It exceeded our expectations by far. She booked a masseuse to come to the villa which was amazing, set up transportation to and from the airport, to and from Xcaret, and any other place we wanted to go including setting up dinner reservations for us. But if we didn’t want to eat out, no problem, Emilia cooked the best breakfasts, lunch and dinner and she also gave the best service. It was me, my husband, six children, and parents and we all agree that we enjoyed it better here than when we stayed at a resort so the next time we come back out we will be staying here. I definitely recommend this to to anyone looking for luxury, privacy, security, great food and the best customer service. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Best experience by far!!

Felt like a luxury hotel while being in a private space. This is the best stay our family has ever experienced. Photos do not capture how beautiful this villa is.Services including airport pick up, private transportation to excursions and meal preparation were all top notch. The food was clean and delicious all made gluten free per our request. We felt pampered and cared for every moment.This is a must if you need to relax. We will be back.

In the Cancun hotel zone you will surely find many beautiful properties but Villa Bianca is unique, firstly because of the spectacular view, secondly the strategic location and thirdly because it is built on 5 meters which gives it greater privacy and security, since being at this height it does not allow people passing by the beach to have visibility or access to the villa.
