Come spend some time at Wrightsville Beach! We are located on the ocean side steps away from the sand. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We have onsite parking for 3 cars. Our place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and beautiful views of the ocean.

One of our favorite spots on wrightsville beach. Clean updated steps from everything the beach, shops, restaurants. Easy to walk the loop from. Love the porches too!

Beautiful and Welcoming!

We rented this condo last minute and it was such a fun location on Wrightsville with ocean beautiful views! The manager was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The condo is so nicely decorated and maintained. It is very warm and welcoming when you arrive! It has everything you need. We especially were grateful for how clean the condo was. All the linens and laundry were super clean and fresh. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay on Wrightsville!

Perfect

The entrance to the unit doesn't have too many stairs. We had an 85 and 87 year old with us who needed fewer steps up. The main level bedroom was great to have for them as well. The home is very well stocked and very clean. First aid kit and puzzles were really nice. Great views of the ocean from both decks. I grew up on Wrightsville Beach and worked at Roberts as my first job and am very familiar with the area and houses. This house is a great choice for food, beach, comfort and cleanliness and an even better choice for location. Off street parking a major plus.

Beautiful spot

This house was beautiful, up to date, clean, had great views and a perfect location. It was well stocked with all the amenities. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about this property is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with quality, new cookware. The hosts thought of everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. Thw home was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful ocean view from the downstairs and upsatirs deck. Quick 2 min walk to the beach or to restaurants. We'll definitely book again.

Family Beach Trip

We had a very nice stay at Wrightsville Beach! The property has been beautifully updated and has many nice amenities. It located very close to the beach access, close enough to easily go back to use the bathroom or grab a snack. It is also very close to a small grocery and several shops and restaurants.

Beautiful place

Perfect location short walk to town or beach. The property is just gorgeous and includes so many thoughtful additions, including a very well-stocked kitchen, first aid kit, beach bags/cooler. I really can’t say enough about how nice this is and I cannot wait to go back!!!

Everything about this place was AMAZING! There were no disappointments. Beautifully furnished and well stocked from kitchen items, beach chairs and towels! The footprint was great and just steps away from the beach and into town.

Perfect WB Rental

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beach access is 20ft away and you can see the water from the balconies. No public parking on this road so people walk by but not too many. GREAT location to walk to coffee, restaurants, and other shops. We were also amazed at how stocked this house was - TP, paper towels, nice shampoo and conditioner, nice beach chairs, and kitchenware/applianes. The beds were very comfortable and each room had great space. Will definitely book again.

Paradise

This newly renovated home has ocean views and is in the center of great shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. No car needed. Steps to the beach, the loop, marina, whatever you need. Such a relaxing vacation!

Amazing service.

We checked in on Saturday and I noticed the internet was having some issues. Unfortunately, I had to work on vacation. One phone call later and all was resolved prior to the start of the workweek on Monday. The property exceeded my hopes for comfort was loved by all. I would definitely recommend 13A to anyone needing a quick get away or to enjoy weeks at the beach. Thanks for an amazing week.

Cute Condo next to beach

The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The access to the beach was just steps away and while you sit on the porches you have an amazing view of the ocean. We loved sitting out on the upstairs porch drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the sound of the ocean. The location to Robert's Grocery and the restaurants was great and anytime we needed anything, it was right there. We will definitely stay here again!
