Summary:
This beautiful pet friendly ranch is situated on approximately 3 acres of land and is within walking distance to the Charlie Major trail. It is under a mile and a half drive to downtown center Skaneateles. It was professionally interior designed in a farmhouse equestrian decor style. It is one level living with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The Space:
Welcome to serenity!! This freshly renovated, newly decorated, pet friendly ranch is located just one mile from downtown center! The decor style was done in a transitional equestrian farmhouse style. This ranch is spacious with over 2,000 sf. It has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. One of the bedrooms would be considered the primary en-suite with king bed and full bath with walk in shower. There are two other guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has two queen beds. All bedrooms have a smart tv. The living room is spacious with ample seating and gas fireplace. The kitchen is also extremely large and has enough seating for up to 12-14 people which would include table and island seating. There is also a half bath off the sizable mud room and laundry room for your convenience. If this is a working vacation we have you covered! There is a beautiful, private office space right off the living room. The country setting this home is in is beautiful. It’s situated on close to 3 private acres and has a beautiful backyard and deck/patio area. The parking area is also extremely generous and can fit a minimum of 6 vehicles. This home is right next to the Charlie Major trail and is only a mile from Skaneateles downtown center!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with a large center island and long table for 8. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room by the cozy fireplace. The house had many amenities including four smart tvs and a modern laundry room. We highly recommend the property, which was less than a five minute drive to Skaneateles, and would consider booking again.

We rented Debbie’s place for a winter wedding we attended in Skaneateles, and it was perfect for our group of four couples. The home is gorgeous, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location can’t be beat—close to everything. The welcome party was at the Sherwood Inn and the reception at The Sinclair, both just a quick drive away.The kitchen was well-equipped and offered plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch together around the kitchen table before heading out for wedding events. We also loved starting our mornings with coffee by the beautiful fireplace and ending our nights by the fire as well.The driveway was perfectly plowed, with ample parking for our four cars—a huge bonus in winter. Communication with Debbie was above and beyond from the moment we booked. She checked in shortly after our arrival to ensure everything was perfect.We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Property was as advertised. Host was welcoming and available to address any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Syracuse University family weekend, with plenty of room to gather, as well as space to spread out. One thing to note is that there are steep steps from the entry to the living area and then down to the kitchen, as well. Just something to keep in mind with older folks, young children (or those recovering from a recently broken leg). Would highly recommend.

This place was exceptional! The location was ideal, close to town, but off the beaten path. The beds were super comfortable, the house was well laid out with an amazing entranceway and well-equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the fire pit in the backyard on comfy Adirondack chairs. The communication with the host was outstanding, addressing any concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

In town for a wedding in Auburn and this was just a 15 minute ride. Location is a very quick ride to Skaneateles (less than 5 minutes ). House was very clean, extremely well appointed and nicely decorated, making it great for a short or lengthy stay. Host is very communicative which we appreciate.

Wonderful house, very clean and had all the necessities you would want. Close to the town and lake Skaneateles with other activities close by. Our doggie "Calvin" loved the fenced it back yard and we loved the firepit with smores! Would definitely stay there again when in the area. The host was exceptional.

The house is super cute and close enough to downtown, a brewery and Mirbeau Spa. The owner responded quickly whenever I had a question and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I rented the house to see family and take our grandchildren to see snow. The house met all of our needs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean and spacious. Debbie was great to work with. The only problem we had which was minimal was the internet would go in/out. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely rent from them again!

Spotless, cozy rental

Just a few minutes from skaneateles and 1/2 hour from Syracuse, this rental was perfect for us. And it was clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to get away

Always great to stay in a newly remodeled home. Everything was perfect. Since it is new there aren't many "left overs" in the kitchen like spices, olive oil, pam other small cooking essentials that usually are there so make sure to pack some if you plan on making meals. Huge kitchen, excellent backyard and a good location.

Our stay in this property was fantastic from the get-go. The house was pleasant, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Owners were attentive and wanted to make sure we were having a wonderful stay without being intrusive. The town of Skaneateles is only about a 5 minute drive away for all of you grocery and dining needs, and the Charlie C Major Nature Trail is a short walk away for a little exploration fun. If we were ever to be in the area again, we would definitely be considering this property again.
