This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our office adjoins the space, but your privacy is of the upmost importance. If you like nostalgia, you'll love this property. In the mid 1940's this building was once the very popular Tremain Brothers Lunchroom, and the main road through Jefferson City was present day McCarty. Jefferson City natives fully recognize the location as the Tremain Building, so named today.

Came in town with my 1 for the weekend for a wedding in Jefferson City. So busy that really didn't have a wine "experience". The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Location was great and the property manager was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay her again.

Relaxing weekend

Everything was so comfortable and perfet for our long weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy evening. This is our 2nd stay here and would love to return next year.

Comfortable and enjoyable

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was ready for our stay, and it was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was very conveniently located near town and the hwy 50. We would definitly like to stay there again when we return to Jefferson City for a visit.

Straight forward and easy once the driveway is found! Clean and comfortable and close to most food and events for Jefferson City.

Perfect

We were in town to watch our son compete at the State track event at Adkins Stadium. This was perfect, close by and close to several stores/restaurants. Try underground pizza-it was so good!

Nice location close to downtown

Clean comfortable with nice touch of amenities. Great for a couple or single person. Very comfortable king bed, nice & clean shower with good pressure, nice & clean kitchen with lots of various utensils & appliances, and variety assorted complementary goodies. Appreciated the private dining area between the living room and the kitchen. Very close to the downtown area is a plus.

Great location and area

Had a great stay here for the Christmas/New year holiday. The unit itself is quite nice and spacious and the surrounding area is pretty quiet. The only real noise that was present was the nearby church bell that goes off around 8AM, but it wasn’t too intrusive and did not impact me and my partner’s stay. This location also is not very far from downtown Jefferson City, so you are close to other amenities that you may need. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself

It was just ok

Overall an ok place to stay. The big issue was the AC. It was set at 78 when hot out and was locked up. Bed uncomfortable. Not enough towels.

Well Appointed

We stayed over a couple nights in this apartment while riding the Katy Trail. We arrived tired and sweaty and were grateful for all the small touches like a bottle of sparkling grape juice in the fridge and a fully stocked shower. The owner does need to add a hair dryer, however. The bed was comfortable, and we were allowed to use the basement to safely store our bike. Some good restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Great venue in Jefferson City!

Came to town for a few days to tour the capitol and prison. Business or Pleasure was located within easy walking distance of the prison (Prison Brews brewery is conveniently located at the halfway point!), and it's not too far of a stretch to walk to the capitol either. The house was clean, cozy and convenient, with good living, dining and sleeping spaces. The kitchen had all the gadgets and place settings we needed, and some provisioning was also provided. Business or Pleasure more than met our needs and expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend it, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Thank you Chris!

This property was very conveniently located, but difficult to exit due to the oddly placed driveway to the back door because it exits near an intersection with traffic lights. The ceiling fan and light metal “strings” were very noisy, but a fan was supplied. The kitchen and bathroom were wonderfully stocked, they thought of everything! (Even sugar, salt, and pepper ; a variety of coffee flavors for their “device” for you coffee drinkers). The bed is comfortable. The television’s were great with a variety of things to watch. There are brochures about Jefferson City, other magazines you can read. It was very easy to check in and out. I highly recommend this home to stay at and person to work with was amazingly patient!
