Fantastic place to stay!

This was a fantastic stay, my friends and I had a wonderful time! The host was kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean and it was right next to the hot tub, which was well maintained. Thank you for a great stay!! I’ll be back :)

Weekend in San Diego

This apartment was small, but very comfortable and clean and well stocked.Super easy getting in and out close to the downtown area. I will say, though that the neighborhood itself could be better, but if you are just looking for someplace to sleep, and you have other things to do, which is what we did, the place fit the bill perfectly.It’s a short drive or Uber to downtown, only about 5 minutes so the location works and was very affordable since it was a little bit outside of the city.

Good location - Beware of Shipyard

The overall property was in good condition - easy to miss from the road but overall good. The hot tub outside of the unit was nice! The main concern here was the noise from the shipyard - it was very loud and we didn't see that in any reviews but it's something to be aware of and make sure to pack earplugs!

Great stay and location

We were in San Diego for a wedding on Coronado. This unit was very clean, secure and location was great. We were 2 minutes from our kids and 15 minutes from Coronado..check in was very easy. It was very secure. The unit is on the 2nd florr but very well lit. I would stay here again!

Awesome

Property is well maintained and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. It’s in a small apartment building. Love that there were snacks and coffee pods. Washer a dryer in unit. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub. Lots of food in the area. Great for visiting your people in the military. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to communicate with!!

Beautiful View

We had an amazing time. We cook a lot of good food. Watch TV and relax. Enjoy the beautiful view of the ship yards and the barrio Logan area. Everything was nice and clean. We definitely would like to visit this location again thanks for having us.

Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem in a charming neighborhood with great coffee shops, close to downtown and other charming neighborhoods. The contemporary design, thoughtful amenities like an array of spices, cooking utensils and a Jacuzzi steps away, and spotless cleanliness stood out. My guest loved watching the game on the huge TV, and late-night access was seamless and safe. This is now my go-to spot for Zen weekends in San Diego. Highly recommend!

property is well kept up. hot tub is cleaned regularly. beds are very comfortable, apartment is clean. it is close to just about everything, but not walking distance close and you have to pay to park everywhere in San Diego! Not tbe property's fault though. parking there was fine. when were there, there hapo3ned to ve other parties of younger people (we are 50) therecas well who tended to enjoy the common areas until pretty late (using the hot tub at 3 am for example) which we could hear and they would leave the area a bit in disarray. But, no one can control that. the area itself is a bit loud being across from a ship yard, but it just becomes part of the background.overall, decent value and it is safe and clean.

Fun time

I think the property was great for the price and a perfect location. It was around practically everything my group wanted to go to, and other than the cargo boats and trains the stay was fantastic. Although we did not mind the noise.
