Villa Bellamar est une villa de luxe en front de mer, qui comprend votre chef privé qui saura répondre à tous vos désirs pendant que vous bronzerez sur l'une des plages les plus exotiques du monde (courses à payer séparément). Situé dans la baie de Half Moon, le Bellamar constitue un havre de paix à l'abri du tumulte de la ville moderne. La baie est entourée et protégée par un récif de corail. Ses eaux peu profondes sont idéales pour la plongée en apnée, le kayak et la natation.

Akumal se trouve à proximité des principales attractions de la région - parcs à thème, superbes plages, culture ancienne et lieux culinaires uniques. Il est desservi par l'aéroport international de Cancun (CUN), situé à 106 km au nord, entre Playa del Carmen, au nord, et Tulum, au sud - à 36 km l'un de l'autre. Fantastic home for a large group or family

We loved our stay in Akumal. The property is clean and well maintained. The layout of the home is perfect for a large group and the outdoor area is wonderful. Our family enjoyed our entire week from the delicious meals, the easy access to Akumal Bay and the spacious rooms that gave everyone space to relax and enjoy.

Great Stay on the Beach

Accomodations were excellent and as presented. The reef off the coast really is great for snorkling. We had paddleboards delivered for some additional fun, but kayaks and life vests were available at the house. Felipe was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with.

Incredible Beach Stay In Akumal

This place was perfect for a bachelor party of 23 guys. Felipe & Rocio (covering for Fernando) were very helpful and courteous. The chef staff (Jorge and Ernesto) were incredibly accommodating and every meal was delicious and plentiful. The property itself is amazing in all aspects and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to other groups looking for their own slice of paradise catered personally to them!

Great stay, great property. The place was clean and as described. Communication with property manager was fast and efficient. Disregard messages about the place not being safe. There is security at the place and a National guard right across the street.

Bachelor party

Had a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party. The house was plenty big and spacious for all of us. The chef and food was excellent! The pool was huge and a great gathering spot for the group. All the rooms were big and had nice views of the bay. Would highly recommend this house.

Relaxing, Beautiful, and Convenient

Villa Bellamar was exactly what we needed, and more! The entire building is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the common areas have everything you would need. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach, we were outside for most of our stay, and it couldn't have been better! The staff was helpful, friendly, and great at what they do! This is a perfect spot for a trip to Akumal or Tulum. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here with 20 adults and 3 kids. The property is perfect for a family gathering. It was much nicer than the pictures show. The house staff and the Chefs were incredible. They did everything they could to make sure that our stay was an enjoyable and memorable experience. My family, which flew in from all over the US, and who all travel extensively, commented that this was the best vacation ever! Fernando, Felipe and all of the staff were responsive, accommodating, friendly and did whatever they could to ensure a great time!!! Do yourself a favor and book this place.

70th Birthday

We just returned from a fabulous week in Akumal at Villa Bellamar! The property was perfect for our 22 guests with its spacious and comfortable 13 king room suites. The pool, beach, hot tub and outside lounging areas were perfect. The staff kept the property spotless and provided us with all the comforts we needed during our stay. I cannot say enough about Chef Antonio and his staff - the food was world class. The house manager Filipe was attentive and always available to help with extras. If on doubt rent this property - you will not be disapponted!

Great Group House

We came here with 15 people for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. We hired a bartender and had the chef staff the whole time. Everyone was amazing! Highly recommend having a bartender if you have a large group. The snorkeling off the beach was great (we regularly dive in the Caribbean and Mexico). Would definitely go back here! You have to pay everyone in cash so bring $6k-8k if you’ve got a big group. Went to Tulum one night and that was a fun time.

Family memories

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The accommodations were gorgeous. Our group ranged from 2 years old up to 90 and everyone had an amazing time. Felipe was great and answered all of our questions and made everything smooth. The staff were great as well. We can’t say enough about the chefs Alfredo and Elmer they were amazing and took very good care of us. The food was also great and they made the best churros. We wanted them to come home with us. I would definitely love to come back and would recommend anyone looking to stay this is the place! Thank you again for your care and great service!!!!

I’d return!!

This property, Fernando and the staff were amazing. They felt like a support team for a vacation. If problems came up they were on it!! Really great house, lots of room, pool and out door spaces to enjoy. Not to mention the roof top for our sunrise meditations. I’d go back and I appreciate all the hard work Fernando and the staff puts into making the experience flawless. Thank you so much! I’d really recommend this place!! Loved it! It was perfect for our retreat!!

Best vacay ever!

This was a trip long overdue based on the global shutdown in 2020. The property manager was so accommodating and allowed us to reschedule for the same time in 2022. Our trip was well worth the wait and the entire stay was simply phenomenal for our group of 16 sorority sisters celebrating 27 years of sisterhood! With everything in place we were able to fully unplug and enjoy great fellowship and spirits amidst the beautiful villa and surroundings and the delightful cuisine prepared by their amazing chef! Don’t hesitate to book Villa Bellamar - we are still talking about our trip weeks later! Thank you for these memories of a lifetime:-)!

Amazing Place and People the Best Luxury Vacation

Amazing Place, amazing people, the best luxury vacation experience" We stayed last december at Bellamar. It was an amazing experience. The property is out of this world. The property is completely new, with great spaces for every moment of the day (jacuzzi on top of the pool, pin pon table, foosball table, huge pool, pool bar, etc.) The house is designed in a way where you are able to see the sea from every space in the house, even from the shower!. And the service team is incredible, they did everythihng in their power for us to have an amazing time. I strongly recommend Bellamar. It is one in its kind, I had never before stayed at such a nice property.

It was a very nice property. It would have been nice to have one common area air conditioned. We had some issues with the bar tending the first night....as she didn't get there till after 8:30 pm. But after that it was fine. We thought the food was very good but not quite enough a few times. But the chief was very accommodating. There was one room that the AC was never completely repaired. The pool was great and all the extras that went with it. We had a ton of good pictures but just none on my email.

Beautiful Villa

We are a binational family of 23 guests from Mexico and the U.S., ranging in age from 2 to 88 years old, who stayed in Villa Bellamar in January 2024. We had a great time. The house is beautiful. The staff are incredible (housekeepers, groundskeepers, and cooks). The location is safe and secure. The grounds are well maintained with pool, jacuzzi, and beach. While the ocean floor is rocky, they provide water shoes, and the bay is shallow and protected by a reef. As noted by others, be sure to bring several thousand dollars in cash for the food, drinks and tips, depending on how much your group eats and drinks. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation villa right on the beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

I think I could have booked better. Knowing the amount of people to have all of the rooms bedded properly would have been better for us. There may need to be better water heaters as we had 29 people in our party but it was very hot weather so it was not bad. Loved the vIEws and the housekeeping and the chefs. No complaints and the experIEnce lived up to what I expected from the listing!!

Beautiful Private Home

Villa Bellamar exceeded all of our expectations! We did not originally book the property, but had to change gears when our reservation on our first property was cancelled. This was a complete blessing in disguise. Myself and two colleagues hosted a fitness retreat at Villa Bellamar and couldn't have been happier. The location, the layout of the home, the rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect. We are already planning our next FiTrip Adventure! Absolutely AMAZING!

I group of 12 stayed for my wife’s birthday! We travel together as a group all the time and this is the first review I have left for a property, this place deserves 100% in my entire groups opinion. With out making this review overly long the place is great, staff is the best always going above and beyond, the chefs Were amazing not a single disappointment (food is so great and chefs really take pride in there food and presentation). FIVE AND A HALF STARS!!!!

This was by far the best vacation, and the chefs Roger and Pedro made it that way! We were undecided about whether or not we wanted a chef, but SOOOO happy we did request them. Every meal was delicious (we had a couple of chefs in the group, so we are picky!)Fresh fruit, granola, best pico de Gallo, homemade sauces, fresh juices, we were spoiled. And this is all very reasonable as far as cost. The villa was GORGEOUS! Each room had its own bathroom plus an extra one on each floor. The cleaning staff was great, every day they cleaned. The grounds were kept pristine. Honestly cannot find anything to plain about. If you have the chance, definitely hire the Mariachi band!!! That was a night nobody will ever forget!!

amazing villa, superb service!

We have been on a corporate retreat for almost a week in Belamar. The experience has been simply oustanding. The home team provides consistently an excellent service. And the villa is really something big. Despite doing these retreats annually in different locations, Belamar let us all impressed. Spacious, comfortable and cozy at the same time. You feel like you would never want to quit! The villa has two separate rooms where we could make our business meetings and work sessions, and at the same time have the living room free for other activities, like rest and enjoy the views. The pool with the pool bar and with the views of the bay naturally became the meeting point in the afternoon. We all hang around the pool, the terrace and the jacuzzi. What a good time! Definitely a superb experience in a great villa.
