Fabulous 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Target Building - Downtown Auburn - 204

There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 204 offers a shared courtyard balcony that is delineated with a fence.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacorita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Great location within walking distance to literally everything. Great decor, extremely clean and very spacious. Communication with Amanda was great and fast when we had a question for her.

This was my second stay in the exact same apartment. Both times the experience was exceptional. Clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable. Instructions were very easy, parking was perfect, and the ability to be close to our daughter's apartment made our trip from Virginia extra easy. Thank you for the great stay!

Excellent location for Camp War Eagle with my daughter. Campus was across the street with cute shops and restaurants literally downstairs. Parking was convenient. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Adorable condo…would stay there again.

Everything is nearly perfect about this condo, and I would stay there again. It is decorated beautifully and is in the perfect location. The only things wrong l found(and these really are little)were a broken blind in the living area, the ice maker was very slow to make ice, the hot water doesn’t last long enough for even one shower, and the glass shower door would not stay closed. I either had to keep my foot on it or wedge a towel in a way to keep it closed. Like a said, while this seems like a big list, they were very little things that would not keep me from staying there again. I also missed having a tv in the bedroom, but that is totally personal preference

Disappointed on many levels

There is nothing in the advertising about the loud bar noise into the wee hours. The toilet initially wouldn’t work but not clogged. Husband worked on it for a long time. WORST OF ALL: elevator out!! Osteoarthritis and all its aches and disabilities (me)and a pacemaker ( husband) and more and having to take heavy things and more downstairs without an elevator. We left a day early. The target downstairs is a mini one so couldn’t even entertain kids down there.

Great location

We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect location for visiting our AU student. Weekend nights were a bit noisy due to it’s proximity to Sky Bar but the sound machine helped!

Great location! Great kitchen!

We loved our stay. Great kitchen, perfect for baking and homemade meals, while the location is also perfect for going out to eat. Lots of fun eateries close by. Will definitely stay again. One suggestion- more soft blankets. Throws for lounging.

Great location!

Very clean and new! Really nice unit and well stocked for stay! Close to all downtown Auburn can walk to just about anything! Loved its location, it is a college town! We were very close to one of the local hangouts and it was fine! Yes, you could hear the noise but didn't keep us awake! Really great unit.
