You can also enjoy great restaurants, bars, vineyards, and breweries within a short drive - 25 minutes to Uptown Kingston, New Paltz and Woodstock.

Other things to note
We request all guests to sign a rental agreement before their arrival. This is an insurance company requirement and agreement is standard.


Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property—make yourself completely at home. A car is required for access, and in winter, we strongly recommend a 4×4 or all‑wheel‑drive vehicle to navigate the steep driveway with ease.

Kind reminder: This is a private home, not a hotel—please enjoy it with the care you would your own. If any issue arises, we’ll respond swiftly, though no staff reside on‑site 24/7. For insurance purposes, all guests must sign our rental agreement before arrival; a sample appears under “Additional Rules".

NOTE: Accord Speed Race track is nearby and presents potential for noise while race is on. Races happen every Friday - May to September, from 7 - 11:30 PM. We are leaving complimentary tickets for the family and encourage you to attend if you are around - it is a lot of fun and kid friendly.
