Relax and undwind in this newly furnished condo with a short walk to the water and Marina. View the stars and fire flys at night. Nearby field has dear that graze and watch the sunset over the Marina. The Marina also has a great place to fish and picnic and a store with seating. Launch your boat in quickly since you are less than a minute away from the launch. Bring a kayak and explore the Marina Cove or venture into the lake. The Town is about 7 minutes away with grocery store and restaurants. The drive here is hilly and beautiful! The roads in the subdivision are hilly as well you can bring a golf cart for riding through the wooded, gated subdivision. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen even ice cream scoop and popsicle tray. There are books and games upstairs and a puzzle downstairs. There is a neighborhood pool(extra fee), tennis courts, basketball courts and hiking trail.

Last minute get away to this very clean and quiet retreat. Communication with host was top notch. Beautiful area. If I'm in the area again, I will be booking another stay!Side note * I would recommend to make sure that if you have other people in your party that are in different vehicles, that you give their names to the host so you dont run into any problems checking in at the gate of the neighborhood.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and love this place! Very clean and comfortable. As it is a gated community, I felt very safe. If my family wasn’t moving to TN, I’d book this every time in Texas. Highly recommend.

Very small condo. Perfect for two but loft is sketchy. Access is very steep but it’s really cute. Loft bed, ok. Bedroom bed was good.

Great location and property

We were meeting friends for the weekend and needed our own place to sleep. This location was perfect. While the accommodations are small, (description and images are 100% accurate) they were comfortable. The host was a pleasure to work with.

Great place

I needed a place to stay while finalizing my father's estate. Check in was easy and the gate attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The condo was very peaceful and a cozy. It was very clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed all the deer walking around in the early morning hours

Beautiful neighborhood, very short walk to the marina!

Me and my brother stayed for the weekend to visit family and spend time on the lake! The condo itself is easy to find, and inside a gated neighborhood with security. It is well kept and beautiful. We saw many fox, deer, and other wild life during our stay! This is the perfect size place for 2 people or a couple with a child. The host kindly provided waters and snacks which was such a nice addition!

Cute condo in quiet, safe neighborhood.

Condo is tucked away in a quiet, gated/secure, safe neighborhood which is located on Lake Livingston. The marina is 1 block away, and the neighborhood has a little park directly on the lake that anyone in the neighborhood can use. The quaint little town of Coldspring is nearby. Condo is small but cozy and cute. It was very clean, and well appointed. The second bedroom is located in the loft with a very steep staircase (it made me a bit nervous with small children) but it worked out ok, I slept upstairs with them. The bed was very comfy. The only downside is there is no washer and dryer, but it was not an issue because we only stayed 3 nights. The TV and games were enjoyed by the kids. We felt very safe there. We will definitely consider renting again of we head up that way again.
