Profitez de nos 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains complètes. Maison de lac moderne datant du milieu du siècle, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac depuis le pont et à 100 pas du pont arrière du port de plaisance animé de Cape Royale. Lakehouse a de bons lits et matelas et une belle terrasse sous les arbres à l'arrière de la maison. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec café, thé, sucre, sel, ketchup, moutarde et sauce BBQ. Draps et serviettes fournis. Parking privé pour quatre voitures ou trois voitures + remorque de bateau. Peut garer deux autres voitures dans la rue devant le parking privé. Apportez votre bateau (frais de Cape Royale de 20 $) et votre équipement de pêche. Quai de pêche et trois rampes de bateau sont à proximité de la marina. Cape Royale possède une piscine communautaire, des terrains de basketball, du beach volley, un sentier de découverte de la nature, des terrains de jeux et des parcs au bord du lac. Elle est adaptée aux enfants.

Lake Livingston Retreat

Our family was comfortable in this home near the marina. It is clean and well stocked with good working appliances and air conditioning. This is our second time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. Lovely Long Weekend

Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Exceptional weekend getaway.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Fred and Sylvia are living the American Dream, we have acquired our lake house in 2019 and have worked hard to make this home enjoyable and pretty and would like our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. In November 2020 we have remodeled the kitchen.

We love Lake Livingston and particularly Cape Royale with it beautiful forests full of deer and birds, friendly people, community spirit, wonderful neighbors and amenities. When we travel we want good beds, so we made sure the beds in our lakehouse are good.
Bring your boat and fishing gear. Chill-out in the water at Pine Island. Enjoy the sunrise and filtered lake view from the Master bedroom
