FIRST LEVEL
The main level features an open-concept layout with a large living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen that flow seamlessly together. A gas fireplace, generous seating, and large windows create a warm and inviting space for gathering after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and entertaining, while the dining table and breakfast bar offer flexible seating options. Beautiful House. Unbelievable Location.

This is a beautifully updated house that handled a large group well. The location couldn't have been better for booting up and hitting the gondola or walking to town. And the benefit of 2 parking spots on downtown Telluride cannot be understated.

Amazing house in a great location!

Our family had an amazing stay this summer - the house was extremely comfortable, stocked up and beautifully decorated! Everything we could possibly need during our stay was there for us - a fully set up kitchen, soaps, laundry, lots of towels and sheets. it truly felt like home. And the team at Lodging in Telluride was extremely helpful and responsive on all questions and concerns. We can't wait to come back!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
