The flat has two bedrooms with queen beds and a dedicated work desk space in the second bedroom. There is also fast high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a front patio with seating. Enjoy free parking and ease to come-and-go, at a location just a half mile from the heart of downtown. Drive an EV!? We have two chargers (level 2)! There is also a crib/playpen for infants and toddlers. This is the perfect place for remote workers, traveling families, or anyone in town for an event! We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate local guests are allowed to book! Only authorized guests are allowed.

Everything we needed

We had a short stay in this unit, but had everything we needed. Great location to downtown Raleigh, very well appointed and so cozy, and wonderful communication from Kelvin & Arthina. We would recommend!

This place is awesome

If you are going to see a show at the coastal credit union music park. This place is perfect. It’s only about a 10 minute drive from the venue. It’s also located so close to downtown you could walk there if you would like. Highly recommended this property. The owners did a wonderful job staying in contact, and were excellent hosts!

Nicely Restored Historic Home

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely restored historic home near downtown Raleigh. The home is nicely appointed with lovely decor. The hosts left a thoughtful welcoming gift bag and were attentive to our needs. We love to walk and were able to access the Historic Oakwood neighborhood on our evening stroll. We will return!

My friend and I had a great time. The rental space was full of character, clean, and cute. The place was really close to downtown. Parking was always a breeze. I appreciated the hosts personal touch gift and the good communication. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely space, peaceful stay

Very much enjoyed my stay at this lovely rental close to downtown Raleigh. Arthina was SO responsive to any of my inquiries and very easy to work with when I had some VRBO app issues. Apartment is in a burgeoning area of historic Raleigh and an easy walk to many fun places. Thoughtful touches like a noise machine and streaming TV services were much appreciated! Kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but was otherwise well-stocked with lots of spices, coffee, supplies, etc. Would recommend’

GalaxyCon Escape

This place was perfect for us! We could walk about a mile into downtown for the convention but it was far enough out that we didn’t get all the background noise of downtown Raleigh. Hosts were communicative and polite. It is single story so no one was above us making noise. The neighborhood had lots of beautiful historic homes in it and made for a scenic walk into town. The only problem we had was a band practicing at a near by house one of the nights until about 1 am, but this was no fault of the renters. Would definitely stay here again.Just bring ear plugs incase of a late night jam!
