Welcome to your home away from home! Perfect place for work and play. Close to downtown and easy access from I-40. This newly constructed, stylish townhome boasts the perfect blend of modern comfort and city charm. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, business trip, or extended stay, you’ll love what this townhome has to offer...minutes to restaurants, breweries, and entertainment hotspots.

This 2600 square foot townhome can house your family or friends with a large open concept living space, gourmet kitchen and expansive dining space. Sprawl out and enjoy the electric fireplace or enjoy the view from the rooftop terrace! Whether you are here for work or play, our space is designed for classy comfort!

You have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Choose to access the space from the front with street parking or in the rear where you have garage access!

Our space is perfectly situated to view the dazzling downtown. However, this means that our main living area is located on the third floor. The bedrooms are on the fourth floor and the rooftop is on the fifth floor. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator access. But the view is great at the top! You will hear the traffic of cars, trains and construction at times.

Zero noise, amazing open plan living space, nice clean bathrooms & washer/dryer. Great restraunts. Perfect place for my wife and two sons 21&16. We were right down street from the wedding venue for my 25yo son. The rooftop sitting area was great too. Very compfortable

I don’t know where to start
Everything about this stay was perfect. Directions to the house and how to get in were clear. Amazing communication. The house was immaculate. The sofas so comfortable, plenty of seating for a family dinner, kitchen FULLY stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Whoever is keeping the house clean is doing an amazing job. We would recommend this unit over and over again.

We had a fantastic stay at this sophisticated escape in downtown Raleigh. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Katheryn was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless.We especially loved the rooftop deck. You can hear live music play from downtown Raleigh, and the city sunset was a great way to end the evening. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to stay in the area. We would absolutely return!

Gorgeous recovery

In town for a graduation and recovering from surgery. I wanted to stay longer. Definitely will be back. Walking distance to downtown. And definitely slot of stairs but worth the view from the rooftop. Spent my morning soaking in the sun.The neighbor is changing so I did get approached by a homeless man who I shared a conversation and provided a meal.
